NH Krystal Cancun

街に近く，カンクンを楽しむには丁度良い立地であった．徒歩圏内に食事処がある．宿泊するならば，多少金額- が高くても海側(Executive Room)に宿泊するべきである．街側と海側には雲泥の差がある．カンクンまできておきながら，数千円の差- でこの美しさを失うのはもったいない．ホテルガイドブックに載っている写真は現在のものではない．現在はビ- ーチが浸食されて全くない状態．でも宿泊をためらうほどのことではない．本当に美しいロケーションである．- 地元の人も立地条件はココが一番良いと言っていた．

予約が取れているのか確認メイルを直接ホテルに送信したが，全く返信がなかった．でも，その理由はホテルの- 受付業務が常時忙しそうであったからであろうと現地に着いて納得することができた．朝食込みと記載してあっ- たが実際は1人あたりUS9ドル(2008年9月)した．

The room itself was fantastic (especially the decoration/design), with everything you could want, like a minibar with Coronitas and M&M's, a plasma TV and a seafront view, etc. The pools and beach area are quite nice, while the location is superb.

The staff are usually helpful but simply unprofessional (excluding the waiters) and seem constantly unconfident, especially at the reception. Also, there seems to be a lot of construction taking place on the front of the hotel that you can see from the elevators, which takes just a little bit from the experience.

Room was not clean, wet. Windows were not sealing. Bathroom was small

The food was good

The hotel is located beside a night club and it is impossible to sleep, when we requested to change room, the service was very slow and bad. Also, if we did not give tip, the service was bad. At the end, they wanted to charge us breakfast separately when our reservation was with breakfast included.

Location

Air-condotioning thermostate did not work in 2 rooms I changed. Fitness, Sauna, Jacouzzi- all charged separately 15 USD per person.

mi hano preso carta di credito al arivo e senza dire niente hano tenuto 300 euro per 16 giorni come garanzia,non si fa cosi secondo me..

teilweise sehr laute Musik in der Nähe , Servicepersonal verärgert,wenn kein Tip gegeben wird
