Excellent location, sandy beach, shopping and eating area. All rooms facing the beach and only sea sound comes to rooms. Very good restaurant with big variety of food. Breakfast is big and rich including many fruits and health’s drinks as well as Mexican, European and International cuisines. Internet available in rooms, lounges swimming pool. Today Internet is not luxury but daily need

Total price for hotel is very reasonable but cost of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are too high compare to restaurants around hotel. Meat is definitely not the stronger side of chef, usually meat was thin and dry Damp smell was staying in the room regardless if the room was open or ac was on the whole day and the smell was mainly from matrass!

Es un hotel sucio. This is a filthy hotel. Severely understaffed. Hosted a major Spring Break organization - drunk students all over the place and at the same time families with young children. How greedy can you get? Choose your market.

Location was great, rooms were large, and the beach was beautiful

Any time I had to deal with the front desk, there was an issue. Customer service at the hotel was horrendous.

The location and the room was very nice. It was also very clean.

The breakfast and dinner were quite expensive relative to the room price. In addition, there was a construction going on when we were there which made the hotel very noisy during day time. The walls between the rooms were very thin, we were able to hear a normal conversation next door.

Great hotel with an excellent service!!1 We came back to the hotel 3 times during one month... The price is very good and you'll get much more!!!

The location is excellent and the staff is friendly.

We only stayed in the hotel for the first 3 nights upon our arrival to Mexico. The hotel is very good located, since it is in the heart of the Zona Hoteliera, close to all facilities, the citz of Cancun, as well as to the night life. The beach of the hotel is very nice and you can practically walk to the beach from your terrace. The room is simply, but nicely decorated - in a modern style. It was clean, the beds were firm enough.

Our room was located in the far end of the hotel (to the right side), very close to the neighbouring night club which has a big pool party every Tuesday - it was just the night when we arrived completelly exhausted and were trying to get some sleep. But it was really just the Tuesday as we were also told at the reception. So try not to get a room in that part of the hotel (or joint the pool party :), since the hotel is quite big and has a lot of rooms.

Did not know that spring break had started...lots of kids from Canada and of course it was noisy...would probably be fine at some other time of the year.

Band stand on beach outside of hotel blasting music from 11am to 4:30pm...Our original room was next to a loud night club but were able to move to another room in the high rise building.

Solo el acensor demasiado calor pero es algo que no me molesta pero un ventilador podria cambiar la temperatura y el resto es un exelente servicio.

En general es un buen Hotel, me he hospedado varias veces ahí y lo siento cómodo y ambiente tranquilo.

No me gustó que pasan temprano a tu habitación a tocar la puerta y no te contestan que quieren hasta que abres....
