the people good guest service excellant location room price eating on the hotel grounds is over priced for the quality of the food standard rooms are showing there age i belive i paid about half regular price so it was allright |

We got a really good deal at the Krystal so it was worth the money. The view was excellent from the balcony. The pool was nice. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Excellent location close to restaurants and shopping. Beware of items being charged to your credit card. Keep receipts. Air conditioner and toilet leaked a bit but no big deal. Food and drinks at the hotel a little high. Beach was a little rough but clean. |

room was clean hotel is showing it's age. No handle on sliding door on outside to come into room from veranda. No comfortable chair in room. Faucets in wash basin leak and hard to close. Towels seem old and rough. |

Tiene una playa muy bonita y buen servicio en bebidas y alimentos. En la playa no tienen camastros, solo unas sillas muy viejas e incomodas. Las regaderas las tienen que remodelar, quitando sus tinas viejas. |
