The location of the hotel was excellent. I also liked most of the decor (particularly the lobby). The rooms were also well designed and comfortable. Their internet service was horrendous. On booking.com it was stated that free wireless internet was available throughout the hotel; however, when I arrived I was told that I had to pay almost $15.00 per day to access the internet and that the only other way to access the internet is to use two beat-up computers in the lobby. The latter computers were extremely slow. |

Su ubicacion. Paseo Reforma esta muy cerca al igual que la zona turistica, y zona nocturna Solo habian dos computadoras para internet. Muy pocas para tantos huespedes |

Disponibilidad de habitación La habitación en general está en muy malas condiciones. Alfombra vieja y sucia, baño en mal estado, viejo y sucio, muy mala iluminación en general, mal olor, sábanas y cobertores muy viejos. Por un menor precio me he hospedado en hoteles con mucho mejor mantenimiento (incluso uno nuevo) y mejor ubicación en la Ciudad de México. La tarifa de $118 usd es tremendamente excesiva para lo que este hotel en realidad ofrece, la mitad de precio tal vez sería justo. |

la ubicacion el desayuno si no es buffet super tardado y caro, en la habitacion carecen de secadora de pelo, cuando no tienes tiempo de mandar la ropa a planchar debería haber plancha disponible. |
