町の中心まで徒歩１０分程度で歩いていけたロケーションの良さ。 室内にあったコーヒーメーカーの清掃がされておらず、古くなったコーヒーとカビの生えた使い古しのコーヒー- パックが入ったままだった。

Great location, just a few blocks from the main square and many restaurants. Helpful staff. On-site valet parking. Makes a good base to visit Puebla and tour the surrounding area.

Nice Lobby, rooms are ok. Wifi is poor half of the building was dusty due to all kinds of reconstructions gym was not available pool was terrible; the picture on the site is the most positive one you could ever make, expect a big bathtub that is polluted and you're close to the top-roof-swimming pool.

The NH Puebla was in a good location, near the zocalo without having all the noise from it and close to a very good restaurant the Fonda de Santa Clara. The staff were helpful, there was free WiFi and the rooms a good size. There was a bit of noise from the other rooms, but not bad enough to stop us going to sleep.

Very good breakfast, modern international hotel with all facilities. The building looks terrible from the outside: the architect should have been mad ! Puebla is a unesco site, it has a wonderful historical centre and this building is like a punch in the eye. On a separate note the pool is really, really, really small.

Das man mir Rechnungen fürs Frühstück unter der Tür durchgeschoben hat. Das es ein zum Kotzen langsames Internet gab, das an den letzten beiden Tagen meines Aufenthalts dann komplett ausgefallen ist.

Merece sus 4 estrellas. Es impersonal pero implecable en todos sus servicios, muy eficientes. Nh es una cadena a preferir sobre todo en países como México o Argentina donde puede haber sorpresas en hoteles de 4 estrellas.

Nous avons aimé la situation en plein centre historique de la ville que l'on peut se visiter à pieds. les buffets des petits déjeuners excellent et différent chaque jour, nous en avons pris 3 successivement. le parking de l'hotel. Ce qui nous a moyennement satisfaits, le sachet de café de la cafetière située dans la chambre qu'il faut payer en plus, 40 pesos. La literie est de bonne qualité mais un peu dure et les oreillers sont trop gros.
