Loved the size of the room, the comfort of the bed and linens, the decor. Wasn't taken with the too modern bathrooms. Shower door handle eventually will break the glass wall it hits when it opens. Also room service menu says tax and 15% gratuity are included in the prices, but 15% was added to the total for gratuity. Seems a scam. My room 2085 was a great distance from the elevator and there was no apparent bell person to help with luggage.

Location for travel from terminal 2. Expensive. No information as to whether the coffee was free in the room. No free Internet connection. Noisy as my room faced the dining area, which was been cleared late into the night.

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable, breakfast was superb Staff at the front desk were slow, very slow. How complicated should checking into a hotel be? Staff took excess advance payment for the room. Staff couldnt find my booking and took an extra 5 minutes to do this Much too expensive to be arriving in the am and waiting 25 minutes for two other guests to get checked in first. Why is the check in procedure so complicated?!!

Inside terminal, in comparison with others on Airport areait is the best one. Shower had only warm water. Laundry does not work every day. If you have a meeting and need fresh clothing, forget it! Internet cost 17 dollars.

It was at the airport Nothing. However, booking .com was abhorrent. I tried and tried to change my 10/24 reservation to 10/25, but was cut off rrepeatedly on the phone, could not get through on the website. Therefore, I ended up being charged for 10/24 though I could not get to Mexico city that day. I had to book 10/25 also. Never again with booking.com, not ever. Not only that, I'll broadcast my experience on lonely planet. Refund my money.

I used this hotel as I arrived late in Mexico City and connect to an early morning flight. Perfect location. It is right on Terminal 2. If you arrive at Terminal 1 they will pick you up there as well.

We spent the night at this hotel before an early flight the next morning. So it was perfect for us, but people should be aware that it is far from any touristic place in Mexico City. The hotel is new and the equipment is good. It is not noisy and our room was quite clean. We certainly recommend this hotel for a night at Mexico City Airport Terminal 2

Ubicacion ambiente poco acogedor (parece una continuacion del aeropuerto. Las llaves se desmagnetizan con facilidad teninedo que recorrer largos corredores para volver a magnetizarlas.

Muy armónico el lugar, en cuanto a colores y formas. Solicitamos apoyo para el traslado a terminal 1, y la persona que nos asignaron (Enrique), se fue. Estaba con una persona en silla de ruedas, y se adelantó. Pensamos que nos esperaría abajo, saliendo del ascensor, y nada; simplemente se fue. Tuvimos que preguntar a varias personas y terminamos usando el autobús rojo.

空港施設内で、深夜早朝便のアクセスがとても良く、体を休められる。 空港施設内にかかわらず、航空機の発着の騒音がまったくなたった。 どこのＨＯＴＥＬでも無料の飲料水サービスが有るのに、無かった。メキシコの水道水は飲料水として飲むには- 勇気が居る。 コーヒー紅茶等も配置されていていたが、施錠されていて利用出来なかった。 エアコンの風量調整が出来なく、うるさかった。

Localizacion, el bar y la terraza, adecuados para entrevistas Ambientacion poco cuidada, no se distingue del aeropuerto. Falta pintura y terminaciones en algunos sectores. Las llaves se desmagnetizan con facilidad y sse debe caminar mucho entre la recepcion y las habitaciones

Удобно тем, кто поздно прилетает в аэропорт, отдохнул и передвигайся дальше! Нет интернета, это осложняет прибывания гостинице делового человека! Подключения интернета достаточно хлопотно!
