I booked a no smoking room... And the hotel gave us a smoking room. There isn't a second door inside the room and with noisy neighbours, it was missing. |

Excelente servicio, bien ubicado y buenas instalaciones. Soy un amante de la comida mexicana, pero en determinados momentos uno puede necesitar algo más internacional. A la hora del desayuno aparte de selección de frutas y cereales considero que hace falta una selección de platos fuertes más suaves e internacionales. Incluso si son recetas mexicanas. Considero como básico en un hotel 5 estrellas la presencia de salmón, salmón ahumado y jamón de pavo lo cual no se veía. El menú en el restaurante se puede ampliar. |

Que está ubicado en un lugar estrategico. Tiene buenos restaurantes y personal bién entrenado en casi todas las dependencias, falta mejorar la supervisión de los meseros en el restaurante El jardín y en la tabaquería que está muy mal atendida. Sólo lo comentado en 3., anterior. |
