Room with view.
No pool or spa.
I liked the staff, the view, the room, the comfy bed and well stocked mini bar and great wifi. I loved the food - oh my god the mexican cuisine was to die for.
that I had to leave ;(
Location Overall room comfort
There is no pool during the renovation(I knew it), 1 elliptic bike for the whole hotel(but plenty of other gym machines) Key issue: right now breakfast is taken in the main lobby and we get very cold draft each time one of the entrance sliding doors open. I kid you not we had maybe 16 Celsius in that lobby, the staff were visibly freezing! And you pay US$ 300 a night for this! I spend more than US$ 20k this year there, but for me it is over until the renovation work is finished
Location Location Location. Breakfast is top notch. Rooms are very comfortable. Re-done lobby with bar is beautiful with a nice vibe. Staff is highly attentive.
That they charge you extra for water at breakfast. Your $27 buffet breakfast comes with unlimited juices and coffee but no water?! Poor form! Then your room comes with two tiny bottles of water (330 ml) for presumably two people, in a place where you obviously should not drink water from the faucet. Minor details but they should definitely address.
Great location and service
bit expensive...business hotel be prepared to pay more for everything i.e.. food, drinks, taxi service$$$$$
Breakfast was absolutely top class. Room was great. Gym was great.
The hotel location and staff.
They are remodeling some areas.
very friendly and efficient staff at all levels Outstanding views of Mexico City (on a clear day and from one of the higher floors) Perfectly located and within walking distance of fine eating
The dishes we had from the breakfast buffet were all luke warm and had to be re-heated in the microwave. There is significant room for improvement at the bar; e.g., olives served in a glass filled with dressing (but not no toothpicks or napkins supplied); no fresh juice for mixed drinks, very limited choice of drinks, etc. These are details that should not happen in a hotel of this price class.
Everything is clean.
bathroom smell. expensive everything.
very comfortable rooms good value for money
the wifi could be a little better
WiFi poor reception
it was very cold inside the lobby lounge , I cannot understand why since also outside was quite cool .
The new lobby, the Lounge for Club Level Guests.
Not having music in Lounge and lowering the lighting a little in the evening. I feel the lighting is too bright for evening cocktails.
Breakfast is amazing! Very quiet, little but practical rooms.
Gym and spa is a little old but going under renovation soon.
Hotel undergoing some noisy renovations.
excellent location, courtesy of the stuff, super clean
Location, staff, 40th floor breakfast and evening buffet
No comfortable chair in the room ... no place to sit. Touch screen room light and temperature controls did not work, Switched rooms once because of that. Still could not control room temperature. Either freezing or too warm.
Location is great Bed is big and really confortable Lots and fast elevators
Breakfast is too expensive
good business-weekend hotel
some works during the stay to improve lobby
Great Tennis courts... Very convenient in-hotel location... Definitely a plus!
Great hotel. Ended up sick on the last day of my trip and they were very accommodating. I am very appreciative.
friendly staff -location
The service was very good, the location is perfect as the surroundings are very nice, safe to walk around with very good options for eating.
Clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent and safe location. The view!
