Food is not good. Sleep quality is bad because our room had a shared door with the next room, and we could hear them all the time.
Hotel facilities are good but not excellent
Service is very bad ... I was suffering from the heat in the room spoke with reception three times but did not Ehtmo about it .... the room their furniture is very old ... and I found a cockroach in my room it's not clean
Restaurants Choice of Pools Quality of service Tours Shows All inclusive option Bars
Wifi access was quite expensive Hotel can become quite noisy in early morning
Our room never got cleaned
I like the set up... The pool and the beach.
The drinks were poorly made and the food was just okay
our room got rain in, we rang so many times reception and they never came. we asked to a room change it never happened. its so noisy, so much drunk people everywhere. very disappointed with our room. i was so sick, the room was so cold and damp.
- facilities are quite pretty
- big groups of young people makes this hotel the worst place to stay - it's the all inclusive concept, but you cannot go to all the options available in the hotel if you don't choose the "grand oasis" - the available restaurants were always crowded and queue of min 45' min to get there. - mix of crazy colleage people with family - they cut the energy of the room 30' min prior to your check-out - 1 hour and a half to do the check in - 1 hour to check out - don't choose this hotel if you are going with family or if you are above 25, there are for sure other options that can fit to your needs, both single or couple, but definitely not this hotel
The party at the beach
The reception employees, and the extra payment for the "spring break insurance". The rooms are stinky from Mold
it's the center of the Spring Break. Make sure to go in the right weeks (probably when MTV is there). big beds, big swimming pool, all inclusive provides open-bar.
probably used to be a 5 star hotel but decided that serving spring breakers was better: bathroom in the room dirty, hotel facilities held in "survival" mode, food is terrible (all inclusive is useless when the food quality is so poor you can't eat!) and definitely not up to European standards. You have to go there because it's a spring break experience (March-Apr) but avoid anyway (not a 5*, over-priced for that).
1. Room not too clean 2. Internet situation so bad 3. Hotel is so noisy 4. We had a problem with power supplement & we cant charge the computer & cell phone. Hotel didn't have adaptor for different country
The atmospher and nothing else. But you don't have to stay at Oasis to enjoy the beach and pool party. 70-90 US $ for a day pass.
The noise. Location is far from nightclubs area (cogo bongo, the city). Room facilities. Some staff are not helpful at all. They required me to go back to the room during the check out to bring the keys!!! 1 star hotel would have sent someone or got it from the housekeeper. I recommend to stay in a different hotel and get the day pass at Oasis to enjoy beach and pool parties.
A bit of trouble checking in, but overall a good experience. Make sure to bring your confirmation papers printed off!
This is a great place! Plenty of bars and restaurants!
I love the location, which was secluded enough while within 15mins of everything else. Loved the beach and the property, very well layer out.
The rooms are so old and not very nice. Lobby is so old looking and the decor is from the 60's.
all inclusive drinks were good. Room was nice
staff weren't too helpful. food is a little bland. all inclusive does not mean exactly all inclusive, no wifi, also costs to upgrade to grand oasis.
Food was nice
Everything! We booked at hotel oasis Cancun and got moved to oasis palm beach as they were full! Staff were very unhelpful and our room stunk like mould. We were overcharged for our rooms and if it wasn't for the restaurant staff being so lovely we would have left a day early. Poor service.
The facilites were great. Plenty of food and the drinks were adequately strong when requested. The bar staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
Not enough lounge chairs around the pool area and reception staff tried to charge extra money on check out claiming there was a change in the currency rate even though we paid the full amount on check in.
The hotel is really big, it has a lot if things to do, from spa, gym, pool, the beach, restaurants, bars... You won't be bored. The staff is nice, helpful, if you need something they'll provide you, but it takes some time though. The hotel is really clean, and the outdoor so well maintained. The food is good, everyone can find something for themselves. The varieties of restaurants and the buffet, guaranties you different food all the time.
The roof in one of the building was leaking, and you have to wait sometimes for clean towels in the room as it happens that they don't provide you the clean one right when they take the dirty ones from your room.
Will never book with Oasis or Booking again. My family and friends will never book with either again. Beware, neither care about customer satisfaction, they just past blame back and forth. Warning, do not take your elderly parents, nothing and no help will be provided for their comfort.
Very bad food and cheap drinks, long line to wait for everything like all restaurants and bars, not recomendable at all
To be in CANCUN.
The hotel rooms are horrible. The food is of bad quality and you have to stay long in line to get to the restaurants. The noise level in the area near the bar and generally everywhere was totally unacceptable for any standards. Water infiltration in the room reach the point that room service had to come at night to dry the floor under the bed. Buckets collecting water dripping from the roof throughout the hotel. The room of the other couple who came with us had the same problems and in addition the toilet flush was defective. The rooms because of the humidity in the walls have a very bad smell. I had been in this hotel in 2007 and liked it. I cannot believe how it has deteriorated. I was ashamed because I came with another couple and had told them that I new the hotel and that it was very good. Be sure that I will never come back and will make sure that none of my friends planning to come to Cancun will stay in this hotel. I will also share this review as much as possible.
location, staff, food, all time something happens, nature in the area.
open bars, no free internet, drinks are poor and very hard to get. Better get yourself big cup (termo) than to wait all the time in the row.
good location budget friendly
I loved the service from all staff there! Genuinely nice and friendly people working there! Has a great pool bar and beautiful pool. The beach is just steps away! Absolutely loved everything!
Not many things really. The internet should be free. I paid for it and the service was not good unless you are in the pool area.
