Staff was friedly The rooms are old. Need update. Noise from the hotels next door air conditioners. Bedding out of date. Patio doors didnot work in the first room . Tile on floors and showers were cracked, broken, missing. Air conditioners were noisey. TVs were old and didnt work well.

Betreuung und Personal Die Auswahl an Gerichten am Buffet war nicht zufriedenstellen. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Es mangelt an hoteleigenen Sporteinrichtungen

Definitely for people on a budget. Nothing fancy but clean. The cleaning crew were really nice. We had a room with 2 double beds and my boyfriend and I shared the one but used the covers from the other bed because we were cold. They staff realised that and without asking we found a blanket on our bed the next day. They did a great job in tidying our room. They went beyond and folded our wet clothes from the day before which wasn't necessary! Being able to go too the other resort, Sunset Royal definitely made the trip. The beach there is gorgeous and since we had easy access to it made the trip much better. It was a marketing resort where they really try and push the time share presentation. The beach wasn't that great, small with no waves. Don't expect any frills and you won't be disappointed. It's an adequate resort but not one I would recommend.

Good facilities at the pool area and beach. Selection of different dinner options E.G. bbq, Mexican, Italian. Too quiet, once dinner is over. They have no facilities to sit, relax and chat in the evening. Seating at the bars is very limited. There is no room service to any of the rooms including the suites.

Lo que puedo rescatar de este hotel es la buena onda de los animadores Marco y Benny que fueron los encargados de organizar buenas actividades en la playa de este hotel, como así también en hacerme visitar las mejores discos con show en las noches de Cancún. Buena gente y responsables en su labor. El servicio de comidas del hotel es bastante amplio y con distintas opciones para degustar. Siempre hay comida y bebida. Lo que me ha desilusionado es que en la playa de este hotel hay mucha cantidad de personal con handies que no sé bien que rol cumplían porque no los vi en función pero si noté que se juntaban para hablar entre ellos y mirar a la gente pasar. Esto quita un poco de intimidad a las personas que sólo eligen el lugar para relajarse. Sentí muchas miradas encima, y no creo que sea necesario tanto control para los que buscamos un ambiente para descansar.

Front of house staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The food was disgusting, Usually cold, unseasoned. I will never go there again.
