Ocean Spa Hotel - All Inclusive  

Definitely for people on a budget. Nothing fancy but clean. The cleaning crew were really nice. We had a room with 2 double beds and my boyfriend and I shared the one but used the covers from the other bed because we were cold. They staff realised that and without asking we found a blanket on our bed the next day. They did a great job in tidying our room. They went beyond and folded our wet clothes from the day before which wasn't necessary! Being able to go too the other resort, Sunset Royal definitely made the trip. The beach there is gorgeous and since we had easy access to it made the trip much better.

It was a marketing resort where they really try and push the time share presentation. The beach wasn't that great, small with no waves. Don't expect any frills and you won't be disappointed. It's an adequate resort but not one I would recommend.

Front of house staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The food was disgusting, Usually cold, unseasoned. I will never go there again.

Location+: Расположен в непосредственной близости к Отельной зоне Канкуна, но не в ней самой. Facilities+: Не слишкой старый и потрепанный (видел в Канкуне значительно хуже) Meals: Предлагает приличное для Мексикого All inclusive питание Cleanliness: Хорошо убирают номера, нет запахов.

Location-: Грязное море в пределах пляжа отеля, сплош покрыто водорослями - купаться нельзя совсем. Пляж соседних отелей чистят -можно хотя бы заходить в море по пояс. Возможно, в Зоне Отелей море чистое. Facilities: Очень простенькая мебель, местами со сколами. Старая система кондиционирования иногда задувала влажный и тухловатый воздух в номер. Meals-: хотелось бы больше сырной и колбасной нарезки в основном ресторане
