OM Tulum Cabañas and Beach Club  

The staff was friendly. The hotel was directly on the beach and had free parking and wi-fi. The rooms were large and clean.

There was no hot water and the air conditioning did not cool the room although the unit was running. The rooms were nice although I'd call them slightly rustic.

There were no rooms with an ocean view; the rooms were quite basic ad the beds were pretty uncomforable Also, very poor lighting for reading in the evening

They charge double to our credit card they told us bookit sent the wrong info that was really dissapointing the check in took them more than an hour

staff was helpful and for the most part friendly. Location was great.

BADLY in need of rennovations. Not worth the price.

The location is extraordinary. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There certainly are more beautiful cabanas along the Tulum beach, but OM does well with what it has in it's small space.

I think the red drapping looks a bit tattered and out dated. They're also dust traps in the room. They could be replace with something else.

Excellent food, friendly service and a great location on one of the world's best beaches.

Thee fact that the wash basin is right beside the bed and the fact that there were several power cuts while I was there. It is also inconvenient that the wifi only works inside the public areas and that there are no power points for charging electronic devices in the room.

Super locatie aan de kust van Tulum, dicht bij de ingang van Siaan K'an. Parkeerplaats aanwezig. Door de ligging is huurauto wel aan te bevelen.Cabana's waren leuk, wel iets donker binnen door weinig lichtpunten, en enigszins gedateerd, maar bedden lagen prima, sanitair was oke. Restaurant goed, vriendelijk personeel.

Personnel très sympa et serviable. Environnement plage exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner offert suite au changement de chambre demandé.

La climatisation n'est pas installée dans toutes les chambres. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre à cause de la proximité avec les cuisines pour ne pas être génés par les odeurs.

El hotel es una angostisima franja entre carretera y mar,con cabañas amontonadas de dos pisos y todos apiñados en la playa. Las habitaciones huelen a desagüe. salen cucarachas de los lavabos, el agua de todos los grifos es salada, e aire acondicionado chorrea agua debtro de la habitación, la comida es infame y carisima......un desastre.

Upea sijainti rannalla, luonnon keskellä. Hyvä ravintola. Ilmainen parkkipaikka. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä moniin hotelleihin verrattuna.

Hotelli sijaitsee lähes 10 kilometrin päässä Tulumin keskustasta, eli huomattavasti kauempana kun kartta antaa ymmärtää. Autonvuokraus on ehdottoman suositeltavaa.

Pieni, viihtyistä bungalowmajoitus. Hyvä palvelu ja erinomainen kohtuuhintinen ruoka. Suosittelemme.

De ligging aan het strand is perfekt. De kamers zijn ruim (degene met 2 queen bedden). Fantastisch restaurant aan het strand met lekker eten.

Kamers zijn donker , niet genoeg daglicht. Ontbijt niet inbegrepen in de kamerprijs. Kleine , bekrompen kamers zijn 9 en 10 . Andere 1 bed kamers zijn ook niet al te groot ,

sehr freundliche, fröhliche Bedienung, wunderschöne entspannte Atmosphäre , schöne Zimmer mit angenehmem Raumklima. direkter Zugang zum Strand, sauber, mit frischen Badetüchern, Liege -und Schattenpätzen.Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel.

1- las playas, bellas. 2.- el entorno natural, no urbanizado. 3.- la comida del resturant.

decu par le rapport qualité prix: trop cher pour le niveau de prestation (des details mais quand meme à plus de 200 euros la nuit: les matelats de plage tout pourris et la plage pas nettoyée tous les jours)

staff not very friendly or helpful, they were installing air conditioning whilst i was there and it was very inconvenient not even a simple breakfast was included!!!!!

Ubicación y cercanía de la playa, atención del personal que trabaja en el bar, sobre todo.

Cortes de luz por el uso de generadores. Debe advertirse sobre esta particularidad pues en mi caso me ocasionó inconvenientes, como tener que acomodar la maleta con luz de vela. Además, supuso el corte del aire acondicionado y del ventilador!!! El olor del baño. Tuve que pedir incienso para remediar el terrible mal olor. Que no se incluya desayuno.

The Staff were great and the service in the restaurant/on the beach was excellent. Location of OM was very good and right on the beach. Live music most evenings and a very nice atmosphere.

El lugar en que esta ubicado es increíble, el personal super amable y el concepto ecológico.

We liked the location, very close to the beach, the garden was beautiful.

We didn't like the beach club too much, too many chairs and umbrellas in a small space; our room was just ok, the bathroom was very dark and not comfortable, the room was decorated in a poor way, it didn't feel fresh and breezy and there was no light from the windows. The staff was not friendly, they didn't care too much about people staying there, so we ended up going to other beach clubs and restaurants and we even decided to change hotel for the last night, despite having paid already at om. There are definitely better options in Tulum!
