There was always room at all of the pools and restaurants Staff was very attentive and helpful Quality of the food did not nearly approach its price Automatic 15% gratuity caused service at restaurants to be very underwhelming

The service was superb, the architecture sophisticated, the food was excellent and the pools,ocean and beach absolutely divine. alcoholic cocktails were outrageously expensive. Better to purchase favs off campus, mix your own, and save a fortune !!

La limpieza de cuarto deja mucho que desear En el SPA llegaron tarde por mi y me dejaron antrs, no cumplieron con el tiempo. La masajista no paro de hablar Me enferme ahi por un alimento, tuve q llamar al doctor!

Wonderful suite. Good service. Great infinity pool. Good yoga/Pilates. Suviche restaurant. No restroom facility on beach. Adult pool disappointing. Gym a bit too small for no of people using it. Quality of food especially salads uneven.

Absolutely spectacular service and stunning amenities. Everyone is helpful, and greets you warmly at every pass. The views in the rooms are perfect and I would say its worth the price...and we would go back again for sure.
