Cozy, non-pretentious accommodations--simple, clean, inexpensive Across from a supermarket and around the corner to shops & restaurants Very near the ruins, the beach, and cenotes
All good in my opinion
Located on the edge of centro but in good distance to Tulum ruins. You can catch a collectivo to the ruins from the corner of the main road, or walk the 1km if you can stand the heat. You can also hire bikes through the hotel which is the best way to get around town. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and informative. Breakfast is included and decent. A nice little hotel with a chilled vibe. There's an awesome mexican restaurant right next door.
We had almost no wifi signal in our room - it was only useful around the reception area.
Fantastic a la carte breakfasts included. Great authentic Italian restaurant on site.
Good value bedrooms and choice of breakfast. Customer service and flexibility of (friendly) staff.
wifi not excellent in some bedrooms -
Good sized beds, clean rooms, nice decoration in the room, staff was friendly, wifi worked well, a/c worked well. Location is in a good spot, easy to catch a taxi to places in Chetumal, just watch out for drivers who rip off tourists. Continental breakfast was fantastic!!! Restaurat next door is good also
Very friendly staff Great location New hotel New bathrooms Good menu
Staff are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is great, different options and all very tasty. Cheap beers in the bar too!
No wifi in Room 7, at the end, but not a big deal!
Totally cute hotel. It's a great value if you are willing to stay in town instead of on the beach. The staff was all really nice, the free breakfast was excellent, and they had cheap drink specials.
for tulum a non expensive but good solution!
Very nice staff, very nice place. It is true that it is beside the busy road, but rooms are in the inside so you are not affected. Place to eat is just beside the road, but nice wooden decor and plants in front of the place make it still very nice - you are seeing the street from your green island :). Good value for money.
Smell of fungi in the room.
Almost everything was wonderful - helpful and friendly staff, great location close to a grocery store, car rentals, restaurants, etc; simple but tasteful decor in the rooms which are arranged around a beautiful courtyard garden, bike rentals, filtered water, bar and food. Before booking I had read reviews about mosquitoes in the rooms, but they've fixed that problem with seals in the doors. The night I stayed, there was a musician playing at the restaurant next door, which was lovely.
I rated "facilities" down one notch because the rooms smelled strongly of pesticide. I'm told that hotels are required to spray for mosquitoes, so it's not their fault. But unfortunately the smell was too strong for me so I had to check out in the morning. I was sad to leave because everything else about the place is wonderful!
For a hotel so close to everything and music in the restaurant there, it was very quiet in the room. Friendly staff and nice food in the restaurant. Also easy parking. Breakfast included was great, good coffee too.
The staff were excellent.very helpful and went out of there way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable
breakfast ,coffee. attended staff for problems
location a bit far from city center, and beach. staff has poor English.staff don't suggest activities.
The place was pretty and the breakfast ok.
It was smelly because they were renovating and you can find better for that price.
Breakfast, friendly staff, room design, location.
Mosquitos. When you come there bring some repellant.
Everything was fantastic and the staff was friendly and helpful... Couldn't have asked for anything more! Great breakfast and coffee as well...Also, the little restaurant that had just opened next door was fabulous and had the sweetest owner..
There wasn't anything that we didn't like! Don't hesitate to stay here.. Great location and wonderful hosts!
Pacha Tulum is nice small BB runned by Italian family which you can notice as soon you arrive. Rooms are decorated in Mexican style, clean, with comfortable big new beds and pillows, airconditioning units are new and beside accommodation they offer drinks and food in their restaurant/bar. We had their small pizza and beer, it was excellent! Very friendly and warm atmosphere. If you have any question, suggestion they are always there to assist. For breakfast you can choose from their menu so you have 6 or 7 different choices (sweet or salty). If I ever come back to Tulum, Pasha BB will be my choice.
No negative comments :)
Great location to visit the Tulum ruins and the beach- rent bikes across the road. Although the place is in a crossroad, you don't hear the traffic go by. Great espresso/ capuccino in this Italian owned placr.
Note that taxes are not included in the room rate on booking.com. The price will be roughly 20% higher than the rate stated.
You can't beat the price. Electricity!!! AC!!!
It felt like we were at a truck stop. Its not too far from the beach so if you can take a shuttle, ride a bike or have a car you can get there in 5 minutes. There's a 3 inch lip between the toilet and the sink which I tripped over during the night, slamming my head into the back of the toilet. :( Not good. The bathroom floor was always wet.
This facility is in a good location if you want to leave for Coba early morning as it is situated on the turn from Tulum to Coba. It has sort-of a Mexican-feeling. Basic rooms, but very clean.
The location is very busy (at a big traffic crossing). Parking is almost in the road.
Good coffee with breakfast included, friendly staff, nice garden, round the corner from a great vegetarian restaurant. Good place near to bike hire and not too far to ride to the ruins.
Small room, a bit overpriced. If you get the ADO bus and it stops near the ruins you will have to get a taxi into the town. Keep the hotel address handy.
very nice host, delicious food, good location
room facilities general
Mexican style room, very clean. Big beds with good new matrasses. Good value for money.
