The only problem is that it may be a quite noisy in the morning if you are living close to the reception. So if you want to have a quiet room, better tell them earlier.
From the entrance, you may not feel the hotel is very nice and even luxury since the entrance is decorated with wooden chairs and sand on the ground. However, once you see the room, you will find it very neat, cozy and convenient! All facilities and equipments that you need are in the room, such as the hair driers, desk light and table etc. We stayed in other Mexican hotel before, thought having hair driers, wifi in the room, clean tower are common. In fact, only few hotel with a decent price can satisfy those. Pacha Tulum is run by an Italian family, the receptionist is very helpful and friendly. He gives lots of information when I checked in, make my trip so much more convenient. They speak english, spanish and Italian, also, I feel very welcoming as an Asian tourist travelling from Canada. They are very welcoming to every customers, I appreciate this attitude!
