Reasonably friendly staff
To close to main road, sometimes not nice smell.
Delicious breakfast from menu carte, very helpfull guys at the recepcion, bike to rent at the hotel in good price, nice room, just 5 minutes walk from downtown Tulum.
Language barrier with desk, owner.
The room was nice, big bed. The staff is super nice. Breakfast included is very good too.
Bathroom didn't have a proper door (saloon style door) so there wasn't any privacy when needing the toilet. Water pressure of shower was almost non-existent.
Staff were great. Place was cute and clean. Complementary breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Live music in evening was super relaxing and fun. 4km walk or bike ride to the beach was acceptable. Cheap taxis (70 pesos) to the beach. Chedraui grocery store a 5 to 10 min walk away with a great selection of fresh food.
Quite rustic but we really liked it - as long as you know what to expect, this really isn't an issue!
Good location to bars, restuarants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast really good, with good choices. The hotel bar/restaurant was great with a really relaxed vibe.
I do not know the other rooms but the room el castillo is just a room that they invented to gain more, ( we did not had any other chances, many hotels were full) it is just not appropriate to stay confortable, you can not even talk because you are literally living with the guy at reseption, its not a room at all that you have to pay 46-47 euros per night!
It's located on a busy junction, but still suprisingly quiet.
Very helpful and caring (english speaking) italian owner, good breakfasts and night live music, grocery store next door, bikes available for rent - 15 min. to the beach.
Lovely breakfast served with a choise of Illy coffe. A good supermarket just opposite. Surprise live music on some evenings.

Wifi not strong enough for the rooms in the far end.
Staff very friendly. Food very good and not expensive. Great social area hidden garden. Great room with ac and hot water beautifully decorated. Great value for money. Would definetly return.
My bed was two beds pushed together with one large sheet over them. I'm not fussy so it didn't bother me, but I did end up wedged in the center a few times.
The staff was very friendly here. They even helped me schedule a taxi to take me to the airport. I could walk into town to eat or go out dancing at night. Amazing beaches are a short bike or taxi ride away. There was live music right outside which was a nice way to begin the evening. The room was super clean with great amenities. The a/c worked perfectly.
My only complaint was the noise of the road out front during the day
I thought the staff was friendly polite and eager to please. My room was cozy, clean and fairly comfortable.
We knew we had bunk beds but expected a slightly bigger room. The roo. Was spotless but very small for the money.
Liked the cleanliness and the garden. Food at restaurant very good. Very helpful reception .
It was just perfect
Everything. Cozy quiet rooms ( good sized) with aircon and large beds. Don't expect luxuries but you will feel at home here thanks to the dedicated service of the Italian guys that run it. This hotel has a lovely patio and though in Tulum Pueblo, it's only a 15 min ride to the beach on the bike ( you can rent them there) The breakfast was nice and rooms were kept spotless clean.
Bike rentals will likely not suit anyone over 5'5", but it is nice that Pacha offers this service to begin with, so hardly a grievance at all.
Staff are friendly and take their time getting to know you and helping you find your way around town. The breakfasts on the outdoor terrace are wonderful, as is all the restaurant food we had there. Location excellent as well; walking distance from a few cool places and easy cycle to the beach, ruins, and cenote. Ideal spot.
No complaints :)
Everything was great!
Breakfast is so-so
Big room. Cute little garden in the back. Super friendly personnel. In dowtown Tulum but on a close direction to go to the beaches.
the owners are very nice and helpful, rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious
We were 2 couples in 2 Bedroom, the rooms were awful and the beds were without good mattresses and not good sheets. Smelly tap water . A cama, o pessoal da recepção.
Nothing I didn't like.
It's a little, lovely, newly refurbished B&B, it matched what we were looking for! We spent the last three nights of a 3-week travel through Mexico at Pacha Tulum, looking for a cheap option to chill and relax before heading back to the UK. We got exactly what we needed at an excellent price, given that we stayed in full Xmas high season (when cabañas on the beach are superexpensive!) Rooms are small but clean and have both ceiling fan and A/C (silent and working!). Beds looked new and were comfy, with coloured mexican style blankets that gave a nice cheery touch. Private bathroom had a nicely tiled shower, plenty of hot water and hairdryer. The property is very well maintained and owners and staff are super friendly people, always helpful and up for a smile and chat! We also rented bikes from the hotel to go to the beach. Some people may not like the location on the crossroad but for me it wasn't a problem. It was actually much quieter than one would think.
The WiFi in our room (in the back of the hotel) was very weak.
The hotel is at a major intersection on the road that goes directly to the beach or down the main strip of town. It was easy to ride a bike or walk to most locations in town, including the Tulum ruins and beach. Breakfast is included and very good.
We were very pleased with the staff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra night. Good food, nice music in the evening and lovely rooms.
Bed was a little bit hard A little mould like smell in the room
Perfect room for a couple Nice and quiet Breakfast included was great Bikes Staff were awesome, helpful and spoke English
Very helpful staff and a sweet, clean but fairly basic room. The location was excellent for my needs but it is a bit of a walk to the bus station. Would happily stay there again.
