Liked the cleanliness and the garden. Food at restaurant very good. Very helpful reception .
We knew we had bunk beds but expected a slightly bigger room. The roo. Was spotless but very small for the money.
Everything. Cozy quiet rooms ( good sized) with aircon and large beds. Don't expect luxuries but you will feel at home here thanks to the dedicated service of the Italian guys that run it. This hotel has a lovely patio and though in Tulum Pueblo, it's only a 15 min ride to the beach on the bike ( you can rent them there) The breakfast was nice and rooms were kept spotless clean.
It was just perfect
Staff are friendly and take their time getting to know you and helping you find your way around town. The breakfasts on the outdoor terrace are wonderful, as is all the restaurant food we had there. Location excellent as well; walking distance from a few cool places and easy cycle to the beach, ruins, and cenote. Ideal spot.
Bike rentals will likely not suit anyone over 5'5", but it is nice that Pacha offers this service to begin with, so hardly a grievance at all.
Everything was great!
No complaints :)
Big room. Cute little garden in the back. Super friendly personnel. In dowtown Tulum but on a close direction to go to the beaches.
Breakfast is so-so
the owners are very nice and helpful, rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious
We were 2 couples in 2 Bedroom, the rooms were awful and the beds were without good mattresses and not good sheets. Smelly tap water . A cama, o pessoal da recepção.
It's a little, lovely, newly refurbished B&B, it matched what we were looking for! We spent the last three nights of a 3-week travel through Mexico at Pacha Tulum, looking for a cheap option to chill and relax before heading back to the UK. We got exactly what we needed at an excellent price, given that we stayed in full Xmas high season (when cabañas on the beach are superexpensive!) Rooms are small but clean and have both ceiling fan and A/C (silent and working!). Beds looked new and were comfy, with coloured mexican style blankets that gave a nice cheery touch. Private bathroom had a nicely tiled shower, plenty of hot water and hairdryer. The property is very well maintained and owners and staff are super friendly people, always helpful and up for a smile and chat! We also rented bikes from the hotel to go to the beach. Some people may not like the location on the crossroad but for me it wasn't a problem. It was actually much quieter than one would think.
Nothing I didn't like.
The hotel is at a major intersection on the road that goes directly to the beach or down the main strip of town. It was easy to ride a bike or walk to most locations in town, including the Tulum ruins and beach. Breakfast is included and very good.
The WiFi in our room (in the back of the hotel) was very weak.
We were very pleased with the staff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra night. Good food, nice music in the evening and lovely rooms.
Perfect room for a couple Nice and quiet Breakfast included was great Bikes Staff were awesome, helpful and spoke English
Bed was a little bit hard A little mould like smell in the room
Very helpful staff and a sweet, clean but fairly basic room. The location was excellent for my needs but it is a bit of a walk to the bus station. Would happily stay there again.
Great staff, excellent breakfast.
strategically located on the road to Cobà, Tulum ruins. The B&B is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. Spacious room with great bathroom and comfortable bed.
Breakfast is at the bar next door. Best to sit down right when they open, or the wait is very long. Breakfast is included, but they clearly give serving priority to the minibuses of tourists on their way to the ruins. We sat down when nobody was there yet. Then a minibus came, and we waited for even a cup of coffee until they were served. I understand they may have collaborations/agreements with "collectivos" companies, but it really felt that, since we had already paid, we were not a priority.
Breakfast was nice. Location good: supermarket across the street. Short walk to restaurants and bars and a short cycle along a cycle track to tulum ruins.
Had to rent bikes which weren't the best considering you had to pay for them.
free breakfast was delicious, atmosphere was nice, friendly staff, value for money
our room was very dark, a bit like a cave, bikes we have rented were horrible
While in tulum i fell ill and had to relocate from my hostel to Pancha Tulum. It was lovely. I enjoyed the mexican decor and feel of the room. Shower was great, bed was super comfy and the staff were pleasant. Tulum is a strange place, like a truck stop main drag not the beach town I thought it would be. Obviously to stay on the beach would be very expensive and then also far from the town. right on the doorstep of pancha tulum is a big supermarket and a taxi stand that is always stocked with nice drivers to take you where you need to go. Thanks for having me!
Coffee and breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Inside courtyard. Close to shops and restaurant cocqette.Room 6
Some rooms no door on bathroom or no window
Italian owner. Great free breakfast, nice little restaurant/bar. Good relax atmosphere. Great food and staff. Nice & Quiet
Pacha is a great place for those exploring tulum. Located at the intersection of the two major roads, it's a good starting place for day trips, and is close to the tulum ruins as well. The staff at pacha is exceptional. From my arrival they were very inviting and exceptionally helpful. The small restaurant within the hotel is also a hidden gem. The food was remarkable and the coffee was magnifico!! the room was everything I expected, simple, comfortable, and very clean. They have worked hard to update and keep the hotel clean and inviting. You won't regret staying here!!
It’s in a good location in that it’s right in the center of Tulum and on the highway that leads up to Coba and Chichen Itza. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was also nice that there was a fan and A/C to cut down the humidity. The owners of the place were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and quite tasty. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay in Pacha Tulum and highly recommend it to folks looking for a place that’s a little less expensive but has everything you need.
The saloon door for the bathroom was a bit strange and did not allow for much privacy. The service was a bit slow at the restaurant.
Pacha Tulum is at a main intersection, however the traffic from the street isn't an issue. Close by there is a lovely vegetarian restaurant and taco joint. It's a short bike ride to Tulum Central. The beach and the ruins are also only a bike ride away. The breakfast is good.
Close to the main street. Across from supermarket. Friendly Staff. Clean cute rooms. AAA

Cozy, non-pretentious accommodations--simple, clean, inexpensive Across from a supermarket and around the corner to shops & restaurants Very near the ruins, the beach, and cenotes
All good in my opinion
