It's worth paying to have a Crown Club Room, the drinks/food/facilities and staff at the lounge are fantastic and the rooms couldn't be comfier. Food in some of the restaurants could be better. Pools opened quite late on the day, so no way to have a swim at 7 am like in other places.

Very good choice of food, restaurants and drinks 24hrs. Perfect rooms, clean, spacious, modern... Forgot necklace in the room after leaving from the hotel, they charged me 25$ for taxi to bring me to the airport (even though the airport is near, and that we were guests of the Superior room, which is the best one). Poor english language knowledge by the employees, also they are sometimes not aware of the facilites they offer in the hotel. Be careful when they offer you some "romantic breakfast" or things like that - it is the way to advertise themselves, you have to watch a movie for 2hrs, then you will get some "discounts" for adventures such as "underwater sightseeing"... But, you can also get it cheaper outiside of hotel.

I had two completely different experiences in this hotel. On first night, they gave me temporary room in "Family" building where I disliked almost everything - air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool even empty room (in April), damp, no full-length wardrobe, no iron. On next day room was changed (to building one) and the new one was perfect - air conditioner is powerful enough, equipped with all you need, nice interiors - I definitely liked it. Overall impression from the hotel is very good - helpful staff, good variety of meals, good beach. It is located a bit far from center of hotel zone, however it is not a problem as there is bus service every 5-7 minutes and it takes < 10-15 minutes to get to heart of hotel zone. 1. There are almost always lines to reception, even in mornings and late evenings. I waited 20 minutes in line of 3 people to check in + additional 20 minutes took checking in itself (there was problem with recognizing booking.com price amendment). All receptionists work really hard and are very helpful, however looks like overall reception desk process needs optimization to make it more efficient. 2. Hotel looks a bit crowded, however this is applicable to almost any other large hotel.

The hotel has the worst internet service ever, it's 40 dollars for 3 days, but it's absolutely useless, is unbelievable you got to pay for a service that most of the hotels include on the booking price, anyway, if you got pay for it you expect at least a good service, which definitely they have not got.

Nice beach (not that fine a sand, though), kept clean and monitored. Good choice of restaurants and food. something to eat at all times of dazy and night (more than i ever need) ! Extremely helpful staff. The reservation system for the different restaurants is inefficient. If you prefer a certain one (instead of going to the large and OK Palape buffet) Been told twice that everything was booked that day and the next - after insisting, I got a table at the restaurant of choice, though.Which then was not full at all!

If you have a family and a tight budget but can accept dirty rooms, poor food and a crowded hotel then maybe a short stay is ok at this hotel. This hotel is massive and poorly maintained. Our room was shabby with dirty walls and doors. Food was of very poor standard. We had booked for 5 night but left after 1 night !

It's location on the beach was wonderful. Food at the main restaurant was mediocre at best. All drinks were lowend. Staff did not seem to know what was happening at their own hotel...ex: activities at the kids club, meeting points etc were unknown by most staff ... Including conciege. Restaurant hours (breakfast) does not open before 7:00am which creates a problem for day excursions that leave at 7:00.

The Club room is great with the jacuzzi in it. The food is good and the buffet is always open. Great cocktails at the bar. A bit noisy and you have to make reservations for the restaurants. If you're leaving early in the morning for a trip you can't make the reservation... You have to pay for the internet. 19$ first day and 11$ each additional day (if you buy them as a package of 1,2,3,5,7 days). If you buy them individually it's 19$ each day. The standard rooms don't have minibar.

The variety of the dished and service at the buffet and restaurants were very good. Also the 24 hour room service was pleasant and fun. - Just as we arrived a staff employee was trying to sign us up for a tour in the upgraded parts of the hotel in order to join membership of the hotel - it wasnt very pleasant' the timing was not well (just arrived and wanted to relax) and was a bit pushy. - According to info in the booking site, there was no mentioning of the hotel as a family resort. As a young couple on our honeymoon, the hotel didnt suit us eventually.

Some Staff agents were very helpfull. All, installation, the holtel itself, Food was horrible, noisy pools, full of kids, time schedule for restaurants was unconevnient. I would never go back to this Hotel

I loved the Spa, the French & Sea Food restaurants. I must also commend the bartender at the lobby. His name is Carlos, and he did an exceptional job in making the trip fun. The food at the other restaurants we poor in variety and taste. I have stayed there before and was disappointed with the variety. Additionally we had to make reservations at the restaurants by 4 pm and checkin is at 3 highly impossible especially for groups.

Other than the golf (for which you have to pay extra for a buggy), there were no hidden costs so all activities, food and drinks were included. The hotel was very busy as it's a popular one with families.

Adorei os garçons, são muito atenciosos e servem muito bem! Amei o hotel, principalmente porque nos deram 3 noites totalmente gratuitas na Riviera Maya, onde o hotel também era maravilhoso e totalmente romântico para lua de mel. Obrigada a todos do Crown Paradise, excelente hotel!!!

Gostei de ter conforto sem formalidades, ambiente familiar e agradavel.Quanto ao all inclusive, preencheu totalmente minhas expectativas. Dificuldade para reserva do jantar no dia da chegada, no sistema a la carte, pois ja haviam sido preenchidas todas as vagas. Apos muita insistencia, consegui!
