The rooms are very basic, and some of the features are old and need a proper replacement, such as the windows, which do not shut properly. The toilet seat was U shaped, like those of the public restrooms. Even if my room was very simple, it featured a Jacuzzi just next to my bed, which felt somewhat odd.
the wifi has to be paid for as an extra, which is disappointing given it's an all inclusive and wifi is a given everywhere these days; they also want you to go to reception to buy it, can't do it from your room!
Everything offered comes with the threat of a fee: if you loose your bracelet, if you don't watch your towel and someone takes it, if you need a replacement key for your room! Even if the purpose of my trip wasn't to relax, all these conditions and warnings communicate pressure and distrust, the opposite of what you expect from a good hotel.
the pool was very big and quite nice, although always full of people and entertainment activities from the early morning.
