Boasting breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and offering endless activities, this family-friendly all-inclusive beachfront resort and spa provides personalized service, and first-class amenities,...

My fiancé and I went for 6 nights and were very pleased with the amenities. We chose to upgrade to the adults only floor for an extra $80/night and we found it to be so worth it! The VIP lounge and the Jacuzzi room was worth the money alone. Also, unlimited free room service! The food offered at the resort was amazing! We really liked the Seafood restaurant and the French Bistro.
The glassware is too small there so plan to take your own plastic covered cup to the pool for them to make your drinks in. the Jaccuzi rooms are tile and the floor can be very slippery so be careful when getting in and out of the tub. The infiniti pool chairs fill up very fast (often people get their chairs before 8a on weekends) so be aware of that. Also, plan to take lots of small bills for tip money as every staff member expects a tip. Beware of snorkeling trips as the one we went on was a rip off and we didn't see much and it cost us $130 for the two of us.
Had a great time well be back Keith and Pauline Vary
The resort is at a very nice location......absolutely clean and nicely maintained.....facilities at the beaches, poolside and food, especially at the buffet restaurant where we normally ate, were excellent.
....maybe a few extra facilities could be added to make the resort more appealing for the tourists, like a pick-up service from the airport, wifi at an affordable rates, food at the specialty restaurants was not upto the mark. And the front desk certainly needs improvement.
Buffet choice limited. No alcohol available via room service. No fridge in room. Having to pay for wifi.
The French restaurant and Wayne's restaurant. And the beach. That's it.
The hotel room- we were given a double bedded room and wouldn't give us one bigger bed. Room was were not nice, either.
The food and facilities and the staff.
Some " cheap " details , like if you lost your id brazalet they charge you 50$ per each !!! is crazy ,even is only a peace of plastic with no more value than .10,cts.
The hotel structure is gorgeous.. by the way its built in a way so everyone gets ocean view... food is delicious!!! A la carte is the best way to go... buffet is great too... lots of choices including the healthy drinks bar... 100 times better than jamba juice.... I strongly recommend to tip guys.. it will make your experience more accomodating.. Im aware that everything is all inclusive but i always tip who ever is trying to help me.. 2 or 3 dollars here and there wont hurt... plus remember this is not a diamond hotel. Dont expect gold plated sheets of matress.. learn how to be humble and apreciate things... I really like this hotel..
Wifi ca. Improve somehow.. there are areas of the hotel that would not connect.. however it worked as expected in my room.... Did not like much the people standing outside de elevator trying to get you to go to the meetings!! One more thing the pool buffet could improve more. Y not putting some tacos instead of nuggets and nachos ...??? Burgers and hotdogs are fine.. please take this in consideration.
Variety of restaurants, friendly staff , excellent view , very entertaining , adults facilities are excellent , rooms are clean , all inclusive is real and enjoyable
Hotel furniture and finishing are old
We enjoyed the many swimming pools, the great variety of fine restaurants with fantastic food and staff, and the spacious hotel room. It couldn't have been better.
We liked it all. Free Wi Fi in room would have been a bonus, but it was free in some locations.
The hotel ambience was excellent and the way the hotel was structured so that all the rooms are overlooking the beach was awesome and the swimming pool was great. Food was good.
Waited for almost an hour to check in into the room, we had travelled from Chicago and after a 4 hour flight the wait was most tiring.
This all inclusive resort had a wonderful variety of restaurants, delicious foods, a fantastic staff and many swimming pools. It was a dream vacation. I would highly recommend this resort.
Food so so.
Delicious food, aquapark, nice beach, night shows.
Wifi should be free
great dining restaurants, great hospitality for the world cup final game
the rooms had electrical problems, the lights were not working
Lots of activities for everyone, the beach is very clean, water was amazing! We loved the infinity pool and adults only pool with a bar in the pool. If you're tired of swimming and tanning, go play pool, mini golf, tennis or basketball. Our Club room had a jacuzzi, amazing ocean view and access to Club lounge with delicious breakfast and cocktail hour with nice bartender/waiter and concierge service AND! FREE WI-FI (on the rest of the property you have to pay for wifi). Maid service was excellent every day, and one day we were surprised with rose petals all around the bed and jacuzzi (although we didn't request it). The buffet was just okay, not so many options, poor variety, and i really missed seafood ((( Loved the fancy french restaurant and the Mexican restaurant - the food was very good, excellent service. One more thing is their night entertainment - every evening they had shows performed very professionally with dances, fire shows and special effects. Very impressive and spectacular! Liked the traditional Mexican singers performing during dinner at the main buffet and the Mexican a la cart restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they welcomed us with a refreshing champaign drink, and helped us a lot with some issues during our stay.
Rooms are outdated, you can tell they haven't been renovated for years. Didn't like very much the food quality and variety in the main buffet and the sushi buffet. The a la cart restaurants are much better! No free wi-fi in the room. Gym could be better, very hot inside, not enough cardio machines. Elevators worked very slow, one of them usually was out of service. You have to make a dinner reservation for a la carte restaurant 1 day in advance, and only before 2 pm. So we missed the first night and had to eat at the buffet. But overall we are very happy with our stay, and these minor issues were nothing comparing with how much fun we had! Best vacation ever ))
Drinks with poor quality
The hotel had a lot to offer as far as activities. The location was beautiful. And the employees who serve the food and drinks are very friendly.
My room was not what I saw in pictures. It was old and dirty. The bathroom especially. The people at the front desk are VERY rude, NOT helpful or accommodating. Very very poor in customer service skills. The elevators were broken and room service was horrible.
The beach is great, but so is the beach at every hotel in Cancun.
This hotel is very expensive compared to others we stayed at. They try to lure you in with the "all inclusive" concept so you don't have to pay more but then what you get is relatively low quality service and poor quality food, accomodations, pool, etc. There was even a weird smell that hung over the property in many places. And it was full of people I wouldn't normally go on vacation with. This is especially sad because just down the beach was a much nicer hotel that was significantly cheaper that we stayed at previously that week.
The beach was great! Staff was very pleasant. Music played all day by the pool was cool.
No nightlife for adults, even pool tables were for teens only. Need more variety of food throughout day by the pool.
Food was ok.
During our stay at the hotel it was heavy raining in cancun and water got throe the balcony into our room, we wanted to move but we had been told that its the same all over the hotel. The electricity in our room didn't work so we had to move. Wifi cost a loth of money!!! Very old room hot water issues very over priced
In general, I liked all things.
Some of employees at the front desk could've been a little more polite. Hamburguer Patty could've a better quality.
Beach, Good Foods in Restaurants, Rooms were Nice excepted for mattresses...
Beds where to firm, to few outside bars which gave slow service, seemed to be understaffed which in turn gave slow service.. No premium liquors...
Recommend for anyone, great hotel, grat city
Not very simple to make restaurant reservations, and straight time.
The Club upgraded room with the jacuzzi tub facing the ocean was amazing with the daily bottle of free champagne. It included a VIP room for private breakfast happy hour for drinks and dinner overlooking the ocean. Normally all inclusive resorts are a bit sub standard but not here. We were super surprised. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family
That we had to leave so soon.
