The rooms are very basic, and some of the features are old and need a proper replacement, such as the windows, which do not shut properly. The toilet seat was U shaped, like those of the public restrooms. Even if my room was very simple, it featured a Jacuzzi just next to my bed, which felt somewhat odd. the wifi has to be paid for as an extra, which is disappointing given it's an all inclusive and wifi is a given everywhere these days; they also want you to go to reception to buy it, can't do it from your room! Everything offered comes with the threat of a fee: if you loose your bracelet, if you don't watch your towel and someone takes it, if you need a replacement key for your room! Even if the purpose of my trip wasn't to relax, all these conditions and warnings communicate pressure and distrust, the opposite of what you expect from a good hotel.
the pool was very big and quite nice, although always full of people and entertainment activities from the early morning.
Everything perfect except we had to pay for the internet and it was tooo expensive
Reserving restaurants (other than the buffet) 24 hours ahead of time. The mini put could have been in better condition though don't think my kid noticed at all:)
Clean. Soundproof. super fun activities for the kids. Organized theatre every night. Mini put!
We were not informed about the hours of operation and standards of dress at time of check in so this made for some frustration and missed some things we should have enjoyed.
TO OLD AND NOT CONFORTABLE
Facilities are not well maintaned.
The beach is great. It is highly recommended for traveling with kids.
Old and shabby room was a big disappointment. Definitely not a 5* standard!
Excellent staff , food, facilities and beach. People working for this hotel make it far more comfortable than it would normally be ...
The restaurants left much to be desired in the way of service and getting reservations. Reservations were a major problem as well as groups. We had 9 in our group and there always seemed to be a problem sitting together. This was a real problem for me and due to this I would probably look elsewhere next time. Everything else was fine - this was just a major problem for me.
My grand-kids, older children, wife and myself really enjoyed all the activities for everyone.
Kids club does not have a warmpool, most of the fun is in the water and it is very Cold in january
Beach , activities, food
That I didn't stay there longer!
This is the first time I have stayed at an all-inclusive when travelling and I loved it! The staff were all friendly, the food was decent and available at all hours, room service at 3 o'clock in the morning was delivered quicker than you can say "cheeseburger", the bar staff were all smiles and just the best, the cocktails were delicious, the rooms were clean and the overall facilities were gorgeous. The beach was perfect and crystal blue waters made this an amazing start to the overall trip in Mexico.
We were in the 8th floor and it was windy. The rooms are not properly isolated so you could hear the wind all the time. They tried to fix it but we couldnt sleep for a couple of nights.
Excellent customer service from staff.
If you didn't want to eat at the Buffett you had to book a restaurant and was sometimes booked out a day in advance.
This was a great resort, value for money. Loved the adults only areas: eating, club room, floors of resort & pool.
I loved everything except paid Wi-Fi.
All amenities, food and service from beginning to end of stay were awesome!
It's wasn't really an issue but the only thing was that the pool was busy with kids and deck chairs by the pool fill up early
Everything was perfect, we were offered the $75p/n upgrade offer totally worth it. Amazing room, uninterrupted 180degree ocean views. The French and Fisherman's restaurant were exceptional.
The wifi connection is poor, and the bed are not queen for double standar room.
The pool and the good service we got.
The resort was very nice! The pools, the views, the beach front fantastic! Always something to do!
No wifi, had to pay and no trasportation to pick up from and to airport.
Location, beautiful view, food and great service.
Paying for wifi in lobby
The beds suck (my poor back). The food was hit or miss. It was really hard to get reservations to the restaurants that required it.
Beautiful beach, nice pools, friendly staff, easy bus access, spacious rooms, fresh fruit daily.
The glassware is too small there so plan to take your own plastic covered cup to the pool for them to make your drinks in. the Jaccuzi rooms are tile and the floor can be very slippery so be careful when getting in and out of the tub. The infiniti pool chairs fill up very fast (often people get their chairs before 8a on weekends) so be aware of that. Also, plan to take lots of small bills for tip money as every staff member expects a tip. Beware of snorkeling trips as the one we went on was a rip off and we didn't see much and it cost us $130 for the two of us.
My fiancé and I went for 6 nights and were very pleased with the amenities. We chose to upgrade to the adults only floor for an extra $80/night and we found it to be so worth it! The VIP lounge and the Jacuzzi room was worth the money alone. Also, unlimited free room service! The food offered at the resort was amazing! We really liked the Seafood restaurant and the French Bistro.
Had a great time well be back Keith and Pauline Vary
....maybe a few extra facilities could be added to make the resort more appealing for the tourists, like a pick-up service from the airport, wifi at an affordable rates, food at the specialty restaurants was not upto the mark. And the front desk certainly needs improvement.
The resort is at a very nice location......absolutely clean and nicely maintained.....facilities at the beaches, poolside and food, especially at the buffet restaurant where we normally ate, were excellent.
Buffet choice limited. No alcohol available via room service. No fridge in room. Having to pay for wifi.
The hotel room- we were given a double bedded room and wouldn't give us one bigger bed. Room was were not nice, either.
The French restaurant and Wayne's restaurant. And the beach. That's it.
Some " cheap " details , like if you lost your id brazalet they charge you 50$ per each !!! is crazy ,even is only a peace of plastic with no more value than .10,cts.
The food and facilities and the staff.
