    spoiled by staff attention and detail. Going in the middle of August and not ruining the trip with the heat was amazing. The water activities and events are well prepared for it.

    The shows were great, more fans would have kept the area more temperature controlled.

    Swim up pool was a big hit with the Family

    Location of your room is essential to plan out. Also, it pays to upgrade to the best room possible. It makes a difference in the quality of the enjoyment.

    Good food, always available aa well as supper attentive staff made For an excellent stay.

    Don't fall for Club Melia sales pitch. They offered us a supposed "$100 cupon" which after a 3 hr high pressure sales pitch turns out to be only an internal hotel credit that does not even pay for a massage session. It does not pay your stay bill, nor any transportation, leaving only The cheap, overpriced and ugly souvenirs in the hotel stores

    Inconsistent housekeeping service. Slow water refills at virtually every restaurant!!!
