The location and the design of the hotel rooms is very good. Nobody speaks English at the hotel. The breakfast is basic. Not very friendly staff.

Loved the location - it was just far enough off the center of town to feel residential and local, but not more than a 10 minute walk to the heart of San Cristobal! Also, it was very clean and efficient.

Pleasent little place a little relatively close to the centre of town. You can walk to the main streets easily. Wifi works. The decor is a bit dated and the staff aren't very helpful. Hot water was a bit of an issue (There wasn't much.) Other options are availble nearer the centre of town.

Lovely traditional Mexican Hotel, near to the town centre. The sound proofing with regard to doors shutting and people walking down the stairs maybe could be reduced.

The friendly and useful staff. The location is not the best, but is not really that far and the town is very small.

The rooms look out on an inner courtyard, which is a tranquil setting, even though the hotel is on a somewhat busy street (not a large street, though; the sidewalks are quaint cobblestones). From the courtyard, there is a nice view of the mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful, although they don't speak much English (bring your Spanish phrasebook!). The breakfast offers two options - yogurt with fruit and honey and fresh orange juice, quite a generous portion, or eggs (choice of styles), with a choice of fruit or orange juice. Plus choice of tea or coffee. The heater in the room is very useful, as the nights are cool. The king size bed is enormous, good for a romp. Rooms are big, with tile floors; bathroom has shower with hot water. Free bottled water is provided. The room has a tv with cable tv including cnn. The location is quite good, walking distance to the historic center (to get to the cathedral, walk left about two or three block, then turn right, walk about three or four blocks).

Nice traditional building beautifully restored. Nice patio to relax. Breakfast and restaurant variety could be improved. Rooms are a bit noisy.

The rooms vary from dark to bright. All seem to be quiet. Some are without outside view, but comfortable. There are some 'speciality' room with interesting design and views. WiFi is only available in the lobby. No mini bar whidh is most unfortuate when you like cheese, white wine, yogurt for snacks. No hotel refrigerator.....only cooler down the street at their restaurant. Little English spoken here or anywhere in San Cristobal! No English spoken. No tea/coffee pot.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
