Helpfull girl on the reception, fresh and tasty breakfast, the hotel itself is nice-looking and convinietly located. A room is very small and too basic, the bathroom is not very convinient to use - water is everywhere on the floor.

The hotel was beautiful but I was surprised that the restaurant did not serve lunch or dinner. I would have expected this as standard for a 4 star hotel. Also there was no bar in the hotel. This would be the only fault I would have with services and facilities. Breakfast was very good. As a solo female traveller I would have preferred a location that was more central. The street that the hotel is on is deserted at night time so I didn't feel comfortable walking there very late at night.

The location and the design of the hotel rooms is very good. Nobody speaks English at the hotel. The breakfast is basic. Not very friendly staff.

Pleasent little place a little relatively close to the centre of town. You can walk to the main streets easily. Wifi works. The decor is a bit dated and the staff aren't very helpful. Hot water was a bit of an issue (There wasn't much.) Other options are availble nearer the centre of town.

The rooms vary from dark to bright. All seem to be quiet. Some are without outside view, but comfortable. There are some 'speciality' room with interesting design and views. WiFi is only available in the lobby.No mini bar whidh is most unfortuate when you like cheese, white wine, yogurt for snacks. No hotel refrigerator.....only cooler down the street at their restaurant. Little English spoken here or anywhere in San Cristobal! No English spoken. No tea/coffee pot.

J'ai été très déçu de cet hotel, par rapport à la note d'appréciation de booking.Presque toutes les chambres sont sombres et froides ; il n'y a pas de bar ni de salon ; petit dejeuner, limite (pain congelé) ; sa situation, n'est pas la meilleure dans San Cristobal ; je peux critiquer, car j'ai séjourné, dans d'autres hotels de San Cristobal, avec un rapport qualité prix, nettement meilleur.

Las instalaciones son agradables y confortables, los exteriores dan una vista muy agradable. También la ubicación es buena. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El precio lo considero bastante justo. Una de las luces de la habitación estaba descompuesta. Esto habla en desfavor del área de mantenimiento del hotel.

El interior del hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones estan ubicadas alrededor de un patio interno con una fuente y muchas plantas (ideal para descansar después de una recorrida por la ciudad). Las habitaciones son muy amplias y fresca. El desayuno es generoso, con opción de elegir entre dos menú.

Nous avons aimé la siuation proche du centre ville et le cadre de la rénovation Les chambres ne sont pas équipées de chauffage, et ne sont pas isolées, A cette altitude les nuits sont fraiches et il ne fait pas chaud dans les chambres.A conseiller pendant la saison estivale

Todo excelente. Un lugar tranquilo y acogedor Las coordenadas del hotel no coinciden con las reales. El desayuno pobre y permite solo dos opciones Deben poner cortina a una de las ventanas que no tiene y comprobé que en las otras habitaciones tampoco la tenian
