Parayso Beach Hotel    

The Location couldn´t be better, right in front of the beach. The view from my window was beautiful. The hotel is very intimate. I really enjoyed the hotel, and I would come back.

Since the hotel is very small (11 rooms in the main building plus some cabanas in the back), I think this should be an Adults Only hotel. The kids playing in the Pool and running and yelling in the hallway just outside my room were a romantic deal breaker. The hotel has a prime location and the best views, but needs some deep cleaning in the bathrooms (specially for spider webs) and a fresh coat of paint. I think the looks of the hotel rooms and bathrooms could be greatly improved with just a fresh coat of paint, which is why I don´t know why they don´t do it already. They have parking limitations, I had to move my car twice around 7am to allow another guest to move her car.

I was travelling initially with brother and sister in law we booked 3 nights and added a fourth night I stayed 2 more nights on my own ( female) felt right at home! Made coffee in the communal kitchen and our room # 5 was so perfect, shade from the palm trees yet unobsructed view of beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating , loved the towel art and fresh neatly made beds. There are many great features to this hotel, high priced at $173 for large room but sometimes negotiable . I'd definaty come back, pool is a nice plus when surf is up.

Bathroom could be upgraded and lounge chairs should have pads or mats like everyone else's!

Nice localisation, literally on the beach.

Warning! There are no photos of what they call "Cottage", only hotel rooms photos. On the cottage, there is no comfort at all nor privacy (no door for the toilets/shower corner but a simple curtain). You can't see anything on the room, just a poor light. Double bed is small and not nice. And it's definitely not 37m2!!

Great location, but needs some work.

The room was basic & right by pool where people partied most of the night making it hard to get sleep. The walls of the room had gaps so sound barrier was minimal to none.The pool was filthy. They stated the room was $80 but ended up charging me $90. I would not pay $90 for the rooms by the pool-maybe & 35-40! Worst money spent on my trip. Luckily it was only one night.

being on the beach in a comfortable room with a large balcony and the most amazing view. The staff were all very kind, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The prices were great value.

That is a hard one. Maybe the swimming pool could have been vacuumed a bit more than usual due to the building works going on at the time though it was clean.

I had a great time at Parayso. Loved the spaceous room and the view from my balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Adrian, Aldo and all the housekeeping crew!

It would be nice if they had hooks in the room to hang my hammock as is common in many Mexican places where I have stayed.

The beach is lovely, and the hotel is located right on the beach. Adrian (who was onsite) was very pleasant, wireless internet worked well by local standards.

Escaped to Paradise and found filthy construction, was promised one rate for moving rooms and charge another, shower fluctuated between searing hot and freezing, and between a weak drip and no drip. Thankfully, was only in my room long enough to experience 1 power failure and 1 big cockroach, which Adrian was nice enough to kill for me. Checked out the next morning. The kicker was when I contacted them regarding my room overcharge, they promised a refund contingent on my posting a fraudulent review on Booking.com. I rarely have the time to post reviews, but I must warn other travelers about fraud. Note about the location: though the beach is lovely, this strip of beach is far away from town with no bus service, and you will need to have a car or pay a not insignificant amount of $ to get back to town or the sites.

Scam Hotel on a nice beach

Parayso hotel is on an ok beach, but everything else about it was horrible. We used one credit card to reserve the rooms and a different card to pay our final bill when we checked out. Parayso hotel charged both credit cards! And the hotel itself is a disaster too. Dirty rooms, stained sheets, roaches, no hot water, no electricity, construction noise. There are lots of hotels on Tulum beach to choose from. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Nada, bueno lo unico bueno que tienen es la playa.

Para empezar la habitacion sin aire acondicionado, me sugerian que me durmiera con mi esposa con las puertas abiertas asi podriamos tener el aire necesario, motivo por el cual tuve que retirarme de ahi y buscar otro hotel y entonces tampoco hay seguridad entre otras cosas tambien he estado pidiendo la factura y de ninguna manera me la mandan por correo que es la forma como me prometieron ya les mande varios correos y no responden que hago? Ah ter prometen un area de barbacoa y pues nada solo unos cuantos jovenes poniendo musica fea.

Estuve muy bueno, la gente de 10. Muy bien atendidos por frank que nos daba buenos desayunos sumado a charlas sobre sus anecdotas mayas de leyendas y hasta nos enseñó el algo del idioma. Después el resto de la atención fue muy buena y amena sintiendonos como en casa con Adrián, Aldo y otras personas que no recuerdo su nombre pero igual no lo necesitamos para compartir charlas amenas y buenas historias, salud por Parayso beach...

la playa.

el area de bar.o cafeteria muy sucio.la cafeteria, sucia. la manera de preparer los alimentos de cuarta. no hay control del ruido sobre los que llegan en la madrugada.

la vista de la habitación, y la comodidad de las camas, así como la atención del personal

las habitaciones se ven un poco vacías.

Obviamente su ubicación. frente a las hermosas playas de Tulum el esfuerzo del personal por tratar de hacer más grato el hotel.

Las imágenes que aparecen en Booking no se compadecen con la realidad. de hecho tuvimos que alquilar -obligatoriamente- una suite pues las cabañas con vista a la piscina estában o inconclusas o mal terminadas, siendo inhóspitas a diferencia de lo que se muestra en las fotos. El precio es caro para lo que ofrece: por ejemplo no tiene aire acondicionado y los ventiladores de pedestal que tienen apenas soplan.

una lastima que en semejante lugar, falte tanto servicio basico como ventilador de techo, limpieza, baño sin puerta en lo que me toco y para que seguir

Schlechte Ausstattung, kein warmes Wasser, Skorpione im Zimmer, Ameisen und Kakerlaken im Bett...

El hotel está sucio, tuve que salir pues tenía cucarachas!!! Cuando me dijeron que me harian la devolución de mi dinero despues de 3 semanas no la han hecho pues dicen me hospedé ahi todas las noches; además de sucios RATEROS!!!

O hotel ainda esta sendo construido faltam muitos servicios. Mais os funcionarios se esmeram por te dar informacao de onde conseguir e completar os servicos tais como cafe da manha.lavanderia...etc...

photos mensongères, odeur atroce dans la chambre, le prix est beaucoup trop élevé, très déçu! un conseil, passez votre chemin!

&Quot;коттедж" не годится даже для использования в виде курятника. отсутствие горячей воды, отсутствие мебели и вешалок для вещей, неработающий вентилятор, сломанный дверной замок и т.д. в этих условиях нельзя жить даже бесплатно. "люкс" более-менее приличные номера, но можно найти то же самое гораздо дешевле. собственнику отеля не мешало бы прекратить обманывать своих клиентов и провести хотя бы минимальную реконструкцию своего заведения.

Türen auf und karibischer Strand mit Bar und Hängematten. Toll. Auch die Solarzellen und Windenergie finde ich eine gute Idee (auch wenn dann der Strom manchmal nicht geht)

Kakerlake im Bad (einmaliger Auftritt), viele Flecken auf den Leintüchern, ich habe bis heute noch keine Zahlungsbestätigung des Hotels bekommen, etwas chaotisch alles bei denen an der Rezeption

Tuve oportunidad de estar en dos habitaciaones y ambas fueron muy cómodas y amplias, con un pequeño detalle en una de ellas pero que no causó inconveniente y al comentarlo al gerente se va a tomar en cuenta según me comentó. Aldo, el gerente fue muy atento y siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo lo que necesitabamos, incluso nos apoyó después del checkout. El resto del personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Los precios me agradaron y espero que así se mantengan porque en general los precios de Tulum son exagerados, sobretodo para los que somos quintanarroenses o familiares de.

Me comento el gerente que el hotel estaba en cambio de administración y eso lo entendí al ver que día con día se hacían cambios y mejorías en el hotel, es por esto que no había los suficientes camastros en la playa y los existentes estaban muy incómodos. Yo fui en ínvierno pero no me quiero imaginar las habitaciones en verano sin AIRE ACONDICIONADO, me aguanto no tener tele pero no No tener aire!! También hace falta un restaurante sencillo en el hotel, ya que si quieres comer mas y gastar mas ya existen opciones.
