Convenient location, near many shops and entertainment. Excellent food, spacious clean room. Well appointed surroundings, clean beach. Very responsive staff. problems with payment Master Card, had to pay cash! |

Todo estuvo muy bien: la comida, la limpieza, la atención. Pasamos una semana muy linda, sin ningun contratiempo. Esta bien ubicado, la playa un poco chica pero ahora la estan reconstruyendo. Es recomendable y nosotros volveriamos a ir sin dudarlo. Cuando quisimos pagar la caja fuerte (u$s 14) nos querian dar cambio en pesos mexicanos de vuelto. Pienso que si pagamos en dolares tendriamos que tener el vuelto en dolares. Las fotos del hotel en su web estan desactualizadas, la playa no es la misma. |

Lo entretenido de las actividades, una playa segura y limpia, la comida es bien preparada y abundante y el restaurant El Mirador es de buen nivel en todos los aspectos Tiene un servicio externo de internet caro y malo que es un desprestigio para el Hotel y sería mejor que no lo tuviera. |

Muy buenas instalaciones, y muy seguras durante los momentos de la tormenta que nos cayó. se inunda el estacionamiento si traes vehículo, y no te puedes montar al mismo. No hay plan de contingencia para resolver este problema durante una tormenta. |

A localização ajudou muito. Ainda que houvessem duas camas no quarto, elas eram pequenas para casal. |

Do visual do mar. Melhorar qualidade da comida, por não termos frigobar no quarto deveria ter uma melhor forma de servir o hospedi. Pois só inicia servir bebida as 11h da manhã, o almoço para de servir muito cedo . No mesmo Park Royal mas em Cozumel tem um serviso muito melhor. |
