Not much! Was too turned off by your mistake To notice much . My friend almost had a concision on a broken towel rail. Very dangerous. I did not like that you guys had not booked us in and that we had a long wait while they tried to find us a room . There was no paperwork from you and we were almost bedless during Samana Santa . I even went through their papers with them and they had some reservations from Booking .com but not mine . I tried your company this one time. Won't be using you again.

Very friendly staff Good location Nice patio Clean Windows not facing the road Some maintenance (paint) would do wonders For what you get it seems overpriced compared to places in other similar sized cities in Mexico
