Score from 217 reviews Very good
Conveniently located 400 ft from Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, this hotel is a 5-minute drive from Mexico City’s historic quarter. It has free valet parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas.
Score from 216 reviews Very good
convenient location, good facilities, cleanliness and near by restarants
the breakfast provided is a little bit too expensive and simple ( not much selections)
Everyone is really helpeful! This is the second time I stay there and found everything perfect!
Very helpful staff as my friend lost her luggage and need the help of hotel staff to call airline for follow up...they are very eager to help! Besides, good location as you can take taxi easily, and within 10 min walk, you can reach metro station. you can easily find convenience store nearby. WIFI is very stable too. You can also store luggage at front desk free of charge overnight.
Safe location near metro stop. WI-FI worked perfectly. Room was spotless Value for money.
Location in Zona Rosa close to metro and metrobus in Insurgientes station, also close to many restaurants. Transport to Airport for reasonable price ($200 pesos). Good shower and hairdrier.
Charge of US$ 13.00 for breakfast, but there are many options nearby (Samborns, Baking Story, etc). A bit noisy from the two clubs across the street (nothing that kept us awake).
Excellent location at the Zona Rosa. Walking distance to clubs, bars, restaurants, subway station. Located few blocks from police station. Safe to walk around.
Small alarm radio. A/c was cool but not cold. Small elevator.
Breakfast buffet was poor and with few options, does .ot worths its value.
It was fine!
Location, bed and pillows... quiet and secure ....
poor wi fi signal..
Location is excellent, near metro, and center. The staff was very thoughtful.
Breakfast was a bit expensive and internet swayed a bit.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and always available. We appreciated their assistance with our tour booking, and very much enjoyed that as well. The location was excellent, and within walking distance of good restaurants and other attractions. Great value for the money!
location, beds, pillows.. location, location--
absolutely NO wi-fi...
It was the third time that we stayed at this hotel. We chose it because of its convenient location. Close to tube station Insurgentes. You can easily walk to Centro Historico and the museums in the Chapultepec area. The beds are big and comfortable. The rooms are clean. All in all good value for money.
Very good location - within Zona Rosa, close to restaurants, sevenelevens, oxxos, 6 min to the Insurgentes metro station. It is also very close to one of the stations of the Turibus (in Angel of Independence Square). Flat TV, quite big bathroom. It seemed like a safe and ready to party neighborhood, especially in the evening. Staff is friendly, you can do prints (web check in) at the reception. We would go there again.
Some room interior details a bit worn, no big deal.
Internet conection was very poor.
location, pillows and matress; staff very nice, I needed a taxi because I was late to airport and I get one quick...
internet never works...

Great location, close to restaurants, bars and museums but not too noisy; comfortable bed; good and reasonably priced breakfast
Wi-Fi very unstable
We've been staying in many hotels in Mexico, and this is the only one that charges you for drinking water, which is ridiculous in a country like Mexico. Fortunately there are small shops nearby where you can buy it at 1/3 the price.
Good location, clean hotel.
A little bit noisy, a little bit old and wasted parts of the hotel.
Good location, big room, nice shower.
Breakfast was not included. Cab drivers in front if the hotel charge more than the others in the city. Negociate before getting in the taxi.
Location is great
Rooms a bit noisy but all in all good value for money
Location, helpful staff, good value for money
Only criticism of an otherwise excellent hotel is walls are very thin so can hear other guests
You Have To Pay For Things That Are FRee At Most Other Hotels In Mexico, Such as Calling reception And a Bottle Of Water Is 38 pesos! Made Me Nervous To Use The Room For Fear Of Being Charged For Using Toilet Paper Or Something Like That. Not a Great Deal, But a Nice Enough Hotel.
