Hotel Plaza Playa    

Hotelli oli hieman meluisimmilta kaduilta sivussa joten yölliset kaupungin melut eivät haitanneet eikä kävelymatka ollut kuitenkaan kovin pitkä 5th avenuelle

Käytävillä kaikui melko paljon ja äänet kulkeituivat huoneeseenkin aika kovin.

The doors are closing very loud and every time when someone gets home we woke up. All in all the hotel has no nice flair.

Excellent service. Everybody made us feel at home. 5 minutes Walk from the beach.

Good location 5-10mins walk from beach and restaurants/shops, safe area even at night, clean and relatively quiet, nice staff and service, great breakfast, wi-fi, spacious rooms, good quiet air-con, nice bathrooms by Mexican standards.

If you want a sea view you won't get it here, but you're not paying for it either! It's not a luxury honeymoon hotel like so many others, but it is nice and friendly and worth the money.

Although the room/bathroom was clean and taken care of, housekeeping was a little poor. We had to ask for towels, both days we stayed there. No chairs in the room, nor drinking glasses.

The rooms are nice and clean, very spacious, just like the bathroom. It's a few minutes from the main street, less than 10 from the seaside and quite close to a large supermarket/shopping center. We found it quiet and good value for money. We also appreciated the breakfast and free wifi throughout all the hotel.

The reception is all refurbished, our room could use a new hand of paint. Also a mini fridge in the room would be more useful than the microwave.

The hotel is decorated beautifully and I loved the clean lines. Mega so close was great and free wifi was very nice. Bed was super comfortable too! Continental breakfast was delicous.

It's a bit of a walk to 5th Ave but not that bad.

Just a great hotel in this price. The surprise was - in a hotel was laundry, which can preferably washed a laundry, a flower shop and cake shop. Before the trip we read here that the internet is only in public areas, on-site we found the internet works really well in the room. Large rooms, cleaning every day! Breakfast is really great, we do not eat after half-time. Staff friendly and helpful. Upon request, we got a hairdryer and iron. Hotel is close to the famous avenue 5, and in 5 min walk distance is the big shopping centers - Mega and Walmart.

We did not have a balcony and the laundry's drying has been difficult. Mexico has high humidity and indoor laundry dry is very slowly.

I've came to Mexico to dive and this was the best solution for me. Very nice and friendly stuff, good position - not far from 5-th avenue, close to city exit and quiet enough place. Ac, tv and safe in every room.

The hotel was clean, we got new towels every day. Location was ok, considering the price. It was about 6 minutes walk to fifth avenue and to the beach. The breakfast was good enough, but it was pretty same every day (papaija, melon, jogurt, juice, scrambled eggs, beanstew (or something like that), coffee, milk, cereals and bad pastries The hotel was similar as in the pictures, which was good!

There was noisy at the nighttime, even though the location wasn't in the fifth avenue. My partner thinks like that, but I slept well every night.

I stayed 10 days and had a great time. Staff is most helpful and friendly.

The wifi can be quite weak in some rooms. If this is important to you make sure to check that first and move to another room if needed. Foul odor comes up from shower drain when water is running.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Close, but not right on 5th Ave. Easy walk to the shopping, bars, restaurants, but far enough away to not have to listen to all the noise when you're ready for bed. Very happy with the hotel.

The Hotel was great, but the streets were a little dark and could have a little better lighting.

The hotel was really very nice, clean and quite close to everything. They also provide a free transportation to the beaches and they pick you up in the evening. I was alone at the day requesting transportation, but they did it for me! It is quite close to the square with local food at the good prices, but also you can find some restaurants not far away. True that it is around 10 minutes ride to the sea shore, but if you look for something at the budget level, this hotel is for you! The stuff was also very-very friendly and very helpful. I'm happy that I've chosen this hotel.

Everything was good, I do not have any bad feedback about the hotel.

the room was big, you get 4 complimentary bottles of water,  the reception ppl were very nice

no mini bar in the room, no telephone to contact reception and no elevator . we needed someone to help us to take the heavy bags to the second floor and eachtime we wanted to ask something we needed to go down and up. the place is 10 min walking from the center of everything (5 ave) - far away so we had to move after one night.

The room was clean except the bed sheet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety was limited but good.

Buena ubicacion a 5 calles de la playa, hotel muy nuevo, habitacion grande, todo muy limpio. Bien el frigo y el microondas.

Aunque por el precio, es muy bueno y variado. Por la apariencia no lo es tanto, creo que deben crecer en cuanto a imagen, me dio la sensacion de que es un hotel/negocio familiar y la imagen de su restaurante y de la recepcion son muy de casa de señora mayor. Aun asi el servicio y la comida son muy buenos.

Cerca de la playa y 5ª avenida pero sin los inconveniente y ruidos de estar aún más cerca. La atención del personal, permitiéndonos dejar la habitación una hora más tarde del check out para darnos una ducha antes de coger el avión.

Hotel sencillo pero muy limpio. Cuenta con elevador y Aire Acondicionado. Con buen gusto.

Las camas no son las mejores pero estan OK.
