Nice old hotel near the parks and walking distance from center of polanco. Great beds and linen, hot water. Small but quaint.
Staff can be friendlier. Maybe some fruit for snacks.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was located in a nice area where one can go walk to go eat and shop.
I do not know if all the rooms were like this but our room had two twin beds and even though they were comfortable, some guests might think they are a bit small.
Free coffee and cakes in morning.
No free parking.
Washroom was too small and shower water leaked to the floor. When requested a taxi, the driver wanted $250, when other radio taxis charge $100 for same distance. At the end I had to pay $150.
Practical, good value for the money
Location to explore Polanco.
There was nothing special about this hotel.
Price, comfort, security of the place, lot of restaurants around
Breakfast, there is no place to take it (no chairs, no tables). It is only reduced to a cup of coffee, a fruit juce and a biscuit.
Location is amazing!
The man who was in the front desk was really rude, not friendly. He should be more polite with the guests considering that it is not a budget hotel.
Worst Wi-Fi Ever; old furniture smelly room stench from the drainage sour front-desk personnel
Really close to the place we were visiting
in spite of it's location, near major streets, it is very quiet and comfortable. Also, it is located close enough to some of the points of interest, and there is a taxi stand close o it.
Well, nothing really, except that there is no facility for breakfast. However, there are several places nearby that are excellent like "La case portuguesa"….
Safe location in the barrio polanco Proximity to restaurants, shopping and Chapultepec park
Language barrier/ no one spoke English and we don't speak Spanish!
The location for the Polanco was great. The price of for the room was excellent considering it is in directly in the Pollanco Neighborhood with all the very upscale boutiques and restaurants. The area reminded us of Paris. The hotel staff were very accommodating and caring. The room was very clean and had well designed. The room was small but very comfortable and nice. We would definitely stay again at the Polanco Hotel. The price we great!
We cannot think of any thing. It was all good and met all of our needs.
Good location, a large variety of restaurants located a few blocks away...
Unfriendly staff! Very Unhelpfull.....
Outstaning value for the Polanco. Perfect for exploring the city. Walking distance to great resturants and atractions.
banthroom in the single room was modern but small.
Staff were excellent.
I wish there was breakfast facility.
Character and location
Slowness of the internet send the limited space to work in the room
+ good place
- no breakfest
Rude, unpolite nd unfriendly staff. Extremely poor customer service. The hotel was clean but because of the staff i will never go back there again
