Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful! Coozy hotel with lovely lighting in the evenings, pool area seems small at first but it was really "bigger than you thought", with bubbly jacuzzi part of the pool. Rooms were nice and cleaned, good wifi all over the hotel so you could sit in the pool and surf :) Close to main street with restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those who would like to stay in Tulum "town". We knew that it would be a bit far from the beach, you need to take a taxi (around the 40 Mexican pesos), but that is of course not something that the hotel can do about, but just something that I want to let people know :)

Everything was perfect! The room was perfectly cleaned and very well furnished, the people at the reception were just wondeful and at our disposal at anytime. I would highly reccommend this place to anybody visiting Tulum!

The hotel is clean and attractive and has good design. The staff is helpful and friendly. It's cozy and convienently close to tourist attractions around town. The location. The hotel sits on a side street, behind a industrial/construction facility. The road was unpaved and in a dirty area. The hotel looked out of place.

sia il posto che il personale la Posada è gestita da una coppia di romani molto gentili. Abbiamo anche avuto bisogno del loro supporto per un ricovero in ospedate (nulla di grave per fortuna) e sono stati molto disponibili
