The stuff was very helpfull and nice! balcony The room is very clean and has a nice And the location is great
Very friendly staff Good comfortable rooms
Minimal breakfast choice
I have stayed here several times over the last year and a half. Great staff, close to the center of Tulum center.
This last stay was right after a huge storm that knocked out many wifi connections, so I was a lil bummed that I had to sit in reception to do work emails.
Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice the small, but lovely swimming pool. Good bedrooms.
Breakfast needs to be improved. Fruit is only one type of fruit and it's what they have that day, so too bad for you if you don't like it! Also, the juice is not fresh and it's only served from 8AM
Alex and Anna were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location, just a few blocks from the Main Street. Would have been great to have bikes included but they are easy to rent yourself. Pool was small but perfect to relax after a day of exploring the beach, ruins or cenotes. Alex was very helpful with food and activity suggestions. Overall we had a great stay!
Wifi wasn't great in the room. But good access in the breakfast/reception area
Excellent location for a stopover to visit the ruins at Tulum. Good selection of eateries and bars within a short distance. Warm welcome from very helpful staff.
Great location. Helpful staff. Very clean. Great pool.
Charged more than bookings.com quoted! Not sure why and couldn't find out.
The hotel in general is ok and relatively to the other options in Tulum it is perfectly fine. However, in general for such price per night we expected a better value for our money. The hotel is very small wherein the rooms do not have regular doors but rather sliding door/windows which do not block outside sounds. Television reception was not good and wifi barely existed. Although we have not been to the hotels on the beach, we understand that most of them are ecological (you can read all about it online) and are much more expensive than the ones downtown. In this respect Posada 0 was quite good in its location and allowed us to walk through the main streets of Tulum easily. I would recommend visitors to sleep in Playa del Carmen and hop south to Tulum for a day's visit.
wifi reception style of room look and feel of the hotel tv reception
Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly; rooms are simple yet stunning and well equipped with A/C, and the pool is a lovely feature!
Couldn't get wifi anywhere other than reception and the little café next to reception, otherwise faultless.
Ac rooms were a treat!!! Location to town was great! Rooms were clean! Tv has all cable channels!
Pool was very tiny and no one went in. Breakfast was poor. Pieces of bread and super hot coffee and juice. Thats it.
The room was nice, big and comfortable The staff were very nice and wanted to help in any way they could They cleaned the room every day which was nice to go back in to a room that smelled nice The location is OK, we walked to the ruins and one day event to the sea. we could walked to the restaurant area and only used taxi in order to get back from the sea.
1. The room has no door!!! only a glass window that slide. I didn't feel safe at a room that has no door and is so easy to open. 2. They have a sign at the restroom that says "Do not flash toilet paper" it means that you need to through it away to the trash can - which means that sometimes you will have a very bad smell at restroom. 3. If not for the spacial discount that they give due to the low season i wouldn't stay there. 4. When you say that a hotel has a pool i think you need to give more photos of the pool because it turns out that the so called pool is more like a puddle.
Good location near the central plaza of Tulum. Clean rooms with personal atmoshphere. Staff was very kind. Nice little swimming pool.
Breakfast was poor since it only included some watermelon, bread, tea/caffee and juice. No hairdryer or glasses in the room.
The location is ok , it's in the middle of the city , close to the restaurant The staff were very nice and help in every thing we needed At the end it's good value for money
The bed are not comfortable , too hard The hotels is far from the beach The bike that the hotel is offers to rent are in bad condition , it's better to rent outside , I recommend to try to rent motorcycle , 400 mx dollars for 24 hours because the hotels is 4 kilometers from the enter to the beach erea No wifi at the rooms The swimming pool is not . condition to use
The staff did their best to be helpful most of the time, although the maids could use more training in guest service. The pool was clean and refreshing. Don't miss Tacos Don Honorio closeby! The best, hands down.
The first floor has no views but cost the same high rate as the floors with balconies. Rates should reflect that first floor rooms have only a large window that looks out on the courtyard and feels stifling. It felt like a rip-off at the price.
Great little oasis to come back to after exploring. Cute refreshing pool. Immaculately clean.
Great staff, very clean rooms, walking to things in town was easy and only a 10 min. Taxi to the great beaches.
WI-FI was hard to get in the rooms and on decks.
I am not even sure why you are in business with this place. I tried to cancel my reservation because of the horrible location of it, and they told me I could only do it through Booking.com. I wrote an email to Booking.com and didn't hear anything till later that day. They well knew this would be the case, forcing me to not lose my money, or stay there. They made it sound like they were willing to do it, and put the blame on Booking.com not to be able to change. I later saw your email, and you said they had told you no, because "I had agreed to a certain price". Funny because, when I checked in he asked how I would like to pay? If I pay cash it would be a certain amount less, rather than if I paid with a card. They guy had spoke over his shoulder to a co-worker specifically about my money, and they rolled their eyes together. Unfortunately for him I do speak pretty fluent Spanish, and understood everything. I really could go on and on about this place.....uncomfortable, unsanitary, loud, unkept, horrible maid service, etc. etc.. It's really just not worth anymore of my time. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
Alex and Anna were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Great place since we don't like huge resorts. Very nice pleasant small hotel for the area!
Staff was very friendly and helpful; they really seemed committed to help and ensure we had a great stay. The hotel is right off the main street where many restaurants, shops and bars are located. Rooms' design is clean and functional. Be aware that the beach is not that close to the town so this hotel requires a taxi or bike ride to the beach.
Wi-Fi was very poor
I loved everything about this place. Also, I read reviews about the internet connection being "temperamental". When I stayed, the connection was absolutely fine and reliable.
Great location. Clean room.
Poor wifi signal
The design was beautiful. Staff was nice, recommended some wonderful eateries
Moisture! You can never dry your clothes even after hanging for 3 days. Wifi was weak. Charged more than what Booking indicated. Something about extra taxes I didn't understand. No hairdryer
super helpful staff! nice rooms
may be too expensive for such city as Tulum
Lovely hotel - really gorgeous and welcoming to come home to at night Great rooms Extremely clean
Breakfast isn't included Bike hire would be great In comparison to some of the beach resorts, this was very expensive - I don't think it was good value for money at all
Very nice suite. Large bed, spacious room, lovely balcony. Large bathroom. Quiet (especially to Mexican standards)! Parking in front of the hotel. Great location.
No wifi (not working) and no one cares! You can count the drops while taking a shower (no pressure/frustrating to wash your hair). Funny but almost useless pool.
