Breakfast Staff attitude
Wi-Fi signal (poor)
Beautiful courtyard, like 19th century Mexican posada.
I stayed in #103 where the hot water at the sink was just a trickle. Shower was ok. I have bad knees and had to walk with my cane to the street. The taxi should be able to take people to the hotel entrance--like all other hotels I know of---even the Atascadero.
Location, garden, value for money
breakfast, nonspeaking english staff, swimming pool occupied for most of the day either by aqua aerobic classes for retirees or swimming classes for children
Free coffee in the morning, but not every morning. Swimming pool Friendly staff Use of computer Very clean Beautiful flowers Geraniums in the window Globes and stars with coloured lights in the trees. Gerry the porter The view of he 3 churches lit up at night.
Breakfast buffet. Couldn't get a carafe of boiling water for camomile tea in the evening b/c the kitchen closed really early, No one had the key to the kitchen. It was really dark inside the hotel. Gym - I was told by the front desk that there was spinning class for 3 hours 3 times per week. I went at the 2nd hour one day. The instructor told me that 2nd hour was TRX which is very advanced and that I should come back at the 3rd hour which was spinning. I told her that I was familiar with TRX.Then she asked me if was a guest at the hotel. I said I was. she said it would be 50 pesos. So I had to go all the way back to my room at the other end of the hotel to get some money. The rest of the class were regulars. I felt she was very good as an instructor, she knew her stuff very well, but she was quite condescending with me for the whole hour. I didn't go back. Most of the time I felt like I was the only one in the hotel. I almost never saw any lights on in other rooms and hardly ever saw any other people except when they were having an event.
Excellente attention by the staff
The restaurant does not have room service after 5 pm.
Grounds are lovely
Rooms are dark, musty view was of a Cobblestone alleyway Stayed one night then left
Beautiful resort. Great location.
There was no wifi in the room; had to go to the lobby to connect. Not as advertised. Staff could have been more helpful.
Comfortable with pleasant environment, friendly staff. Loved the pool and classes.
Wish wi fi in rooms was better.
My sister and I were there for an overnight leaving for a tour the next day. We found the facility very comfortable and the staff great.
The Posada was super quiet and in a great location. The beds were firm and the rooms clean. The breakfast had a good offer and a good taste. We would go back!
There is no real difference between the standard and the deluxe rooms (one king) so get a standard one (with two beds). Plus, the pool was closed. Breakfast is not included.
Large room, good internet, nice and spacious grounds
food in restaurant not good
