Good price for the accommodations. Since the locations is out of the main streets, it is better to have your own transport.
People who run the hotel were very friendly, they recommended us a great beach club and offered to help with setting up snorkeling, diving, etc The pool was great enough and clean.
Location, htel is far from the beach; breakfast was poor and you have to pay extra for ham and cheeze.
Excellent staff. The really take care of you! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Price is excellent.Ideal for someone with a car so you can go any were.
Great staff, especially at the reception. Very helpfull and kind. Fantastic option if you are tired of another raw, poor quality, cheap hotel. Fantastic quality for small price. Placed in quiet neighborhood.
Very copious continental breakfast with product of quality Staff very friendly and helpful Good wifi sistem
nice and friendly staffs. giving good information.
too much commotions. and the light in the hall is too bright and shines into the room. hard to sleep.
Price, pool, facilities, staff
Location, this is as far from everything as you can possibly get in Tulum, there is nothing close by at all
A nice clean hotel, kind personal, we liked it and would take it again
The street is like ACDCs highway to hell with the car
Hard to find, terrible road
Very clean and modern
Bad road to the hotel You need a car to go the city center No hot water available at the first night
It's such great value for money. The girls that run it are super nice too.
It's far out from the Main Street and the beach. At first we didn't like it but after a while you get used to it and in the end we actually quite like being out of town.
Stuff was excellent! Quiet area.Nice balcony.
The road to hotel is almost like road to hell. Very thin walls, you hear all your neighbors actions.
The service and the hotel in general were awesome. Everything is new and you can find luxurious facilities that are not usually expected in this price hotels. Also the people who work there has an awesome service attitude!!!
The only bad thing is that it is kind of hidden and the location is not the best. I strongly recommend to rent a car to go to move from the hotel to the beach and ruins. The only advantage of the location is that you sleep so confortable because of the quiet environment and can listen to the jungle sounds easily.
Nice Room and friendly staff
We had a hard time finding the hotel
A clean, modern facility with a helpful staff. Francesca was was great And Erika was a tremendous help with my Spanish. Everyone from housekeeping to maintenance were outstanding.I Liked the quiet, out of the way location away from the crowds.
Would like to have been closer to the beach, but, a sit was I could ride a bicyle there in about 30 min.
Francesca , Erika and Manolo were great hosts. Great price good breakfast starting on time at 8:00, very clean in general. Many cats and dogs all very very friendly. A little out if town walkable in 20-30 minutes or cab for 40 pesos. Excellent recommendations for food and activities. Our hosts found us a great cenote guide for very advanced divers with specific need. I would come back just for the staff and the pets :)
The location was great because we were happy to bicycle to the beach and to the ruins everyday to do exercise. the calm of the jungle was really relaxing.
The room was clean and the bathroom had the latest fixtures (rain shower head plus hand-held shower). The place was also quiet (no noisy neighbors or street). The receptionist, Gabrielle, was very helpful with calling to make travel/tour arrangements. She also had great alternative ideas for when our plans changed or even for local resturants.
Nothing. (but I am glad we used gps navigation to find the place the first time. and I'm glad we had a car, because without it, it would have been a long walk into town or a lot of taxi fares.)
Poor breakfast: you have to pay extra for ham and cheese!! No fresh fruits every day The price of the room too high Towels changed every 5 days even if you leave them on the floor Very noisy!!!
