Fantastic location, right on a great, private beach. Lots of available sun loungers, plus a lovely outdoor area for sitting and chilling in the evening. Comfortable rooms, clean, balcony, everything you need at a great price. Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing.

Loved the view, location, room. Green friendly power. Didn't like there was no front door to the hotel, pretty open although there is a security person 24/7. Beds are too hard, internet was down and the green friendly sound at night bugged me.

Location right on beach Selection of bars and restaurants within 400 metres Unfair billing and using a pesos dollar exchange rate of 13.75 when across Mexico the rate was around 12. This meant when converting the dollar price quoted per night by booking.com the hotel effectively added £20 or $30 per night. Our stay therefore cost a lot more than expected. Beach beds scruffy/dirty

Friendly and attentive staff - thanks especially to Cynthia! Beautiful, layed back rooms and design - feeling at one with nature and an incredible private beach. LOVED all the outdoor furniture and beach furniture. A wonderful stay. Extra water would be great - only 1 bottle on the first day.

We had the only ocean front room and it was fabulous. Nothing fancy but the view was spectacular. The staff was great especially Nacho. There was nothing negative at all.

A very simple hotel with that desert island feel. Very relaxing and calming atmosphere which makes you feel that you have had a real away from it all holiday. I would stay here again as it is close to fabulous beaches and a good selection of places close by for evenings if you wish to eat out without a taxi ride.

Nice, rustic but comfortable place. Wonderful staff. Great locations. Only down side was no A/C. First room was very hot with no cross breeze. The next day we moved to the second floor and it was great. Stay away from room C. Hot as an oven, room B on the second floor was 50 bucks more but had two double beds, huge room and balconly with futon and hammock. Definitely worth the extra money.

The room are only footsteps from the sea. The beach had several lounges and umbrellas. The sea was warm enough to dive in before breakfast. Although I could only find small fish, it was really nice that the water was so warm. We had the large apartment with the balcony and we loved the hammock and the view. I had the feeling the other rooms were not as roomy, but they were cute, right on the beach sand. The staff was very friendly, they even provided sand castle buckets. Coffee and a few biscuits (breakfast) was served in a bucket in front of our door every morning. We when to the Xel-Ha "theme park" and really enjoyed it. The rooms have been designed without proper ventilation and the heat can become annoying in the room. A nice fan was provided however. The Punta Piedra area has become more touristic and consequently more expensive than the rest of Mexico. One night we had one of the most expensive dinners of our 2 week trip and it was for Mexican food and one drink each. This is not the fault of the hotel, which is still a good value for the location.

Close to sea. Nice, romantic place. In the morning a complimentary breakfest is served - coffee and cakes. Guys on reception asked for 10% more money then agreed with Booking.com when one wants to pay by credit card. They also tried to give us worst room even when apparently better rooms of the same category were available. But when we pushed we received the better offer.

Loved the place, I was traveling with my boyfriend from Austria and we both thought is beautiful and relaxed (even though its a little bit cold and windy at night). The hotel is simple but very nice. The beach is very nice, you have a beautiful view. The food in the hotel is delicious. The staff incredible. The location is good, you have nice restaurants near by, bike rental next door, mayan ruins just 15 min by bike, tours, snorkel, etc Highly recommended The morning's sweet snack could be better, even though its already nice they give it to you... they should give fruit instead of Marinela products, they are not very healthy or good. The towels in the room sometimes were not that clean, or at least seemed like it..

Hotel a éviter.

Posizione ottima, fronte mare.
