Nice housecleaning staff, good location for see museums, churches and centuries old buildings along streets. Also good for pottery and weavings shopping. Pleasant inside patio with small pool, filled with cold water. Very noisy location, lots of loud traffic, ear plugs a necessity for sleeping. Seemed overpriced in comparison with Hotel Colonial down the street, which is on a pedestrians-only plaza. ``Deluxe'' room was small and dark; we switched to a so-called suite, which was larger, higher ceiling, but noisier and cost nearly 50 per cent more than the room we had originally been put in. No rooms with microwaves or suite type refrigerators. |

Reasonable hotel at a very good location close to the historic centre/ zocalo in Puebla. The atmosphere at the hotel is friendly. I experienced it as a good and safe place to stay, important for a woman travelling alone. The service at the restaurante was a bit slow, seemed to be to busy during breakfast hours. I got the impression that the employees at the reastaurant did their best, but were to few to handle big groups |

El bar en la zona de alberca. El sitio es muy agradable. Que no cambiaron los vasos sucios de la habitación y no se notaba muy bien si habían hecho o no el aseo en la habitación. |
