Hotel Posada San Pedro  

The location and the potential of the space...but more importantly, checking out!

We would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. Having never written a bad review for a hotel, ever, we wanted to point out the following, especially in light of the hotel being listed as '5 stars'. All our issues below were taken up with management, but they did not seem to care or redress any of the issues. It just seemed that they could not get a single thing right, to briefly cite: -The staff was borderline rude, very smug and not customer service oriented. Firstly, the breakfast routine was not explained and we were in fact blamed for not asking specifically where and what the breakfast entailed. Booking.com listed it as 'Breakfast included' when in fact only 'Continental' breakfast is included in the rate of the room. As this was not made clear to us, we headed down to what seemed like the breakfast buffet area on our first morning. Following our meal, we were promptly chased by the waitstaff demanding us to pay for our meals. A lengthy dialogue ensued with the reception staff followed by a later dialogue with the manager. In the end what resulted was further blame for us not asking the right questions and a reluctant voucher handed over to us for 2 'American breakfasts' the following morning (much like the tone of the conversation, this meager meal was delivered begrudgingly, cold, with much delay, and even less enthusiasm). -Our room had a lingering scent of sewage which was not able to be washed away with the opening of windows, which were in fact closed each day by our maid, unfortunately. -The bedding and linens were old and musty and the pillows seemed more like under-stuffed sacks of cotton balls. -Internet cabling was only available by asking at the reception desk and nothing was made clear in the literature in the room; in fact there was no hotel guide other than a room service menu and a promotion of their upstairs sky-bar. (The room service which stated it was available all day in fact was not...).

Me trato bien el personal y la ubicacion del hotel

El servicio del restauran fue muy malo. Lento mala la comida.

1- j'ai réservé une chambre avec le petit déjeuner et eux ils ne voulaient nous servir le petit déjeuner. 2- j' ai réserve cet hôtel pour présence de service Internet, mais Wifi ne passait pas dans les chambres. 3- j' avait réservé une chambre pour 71 $, mais eux ils m'ont facturé 79$. voilà pourquoi, j' ai quitté cet hôtel et je suis allé dans un autre hôtel

Atmosphäre des alten Gebäudes und die Lage.

Sauberkeit nicht perfekt aber noch akzeptabel.

歴史地区の中にあり、観光にはもってこい。

セーフボックスが壊れている、隣の部屋のテレビや話し声が響いてくるなど、部屋の環境は良くない。

Me encantó la localización del hotel, que estaba pegado al Zócalo, pero en una calle tranquila. Me encantó tener puerta de la habitación que daba a la alberca, muy agradable.

El desayuno, muy limitado. Mucho ruido en la noche, se oían las pisadas de los vecinos de arriba. El hotel está un poco viejo, y le falta mantenimiento.

EL diseño del hotel. Y los alimentos del desayuno estan deliciosos.

Las conexionesno funcionaban, ya que queria conectar mi laptop y no cargaba y no la pude usar durante mi estancia.

Lage im STadtzentrum, Architektur -haus im Kolonialstil mit Innenhof und Ark,aden

abgetretene Teppiche, abgewetzte Polster in der Lobby,Bettvorleger reif zum Wegwerfen, schlechter Frühstücksdienst (personell),wenig flexibel -die einstufung, etwa im lonely Planet, is viel zu hoch

Lo que mas me gusto fue que es un edificio muy bonito y esta muy bien ciudado y esta muy céntrico

El precio fue excesivo para la calidad del servicio y de la habitación ya que esta no fue como la pedimos y no se parecia nada a como lo vimos en internet
