Central location, simple but clean and adequate rooms, friendly staff.
Room was a bit stuffy and noisy because of other guests.
the location is really pretty
The staff were friendly and some spoke English. The room was very clean. The price was very low for the location.
No bad experiences.
you are staying in the Center of the Center clean comfortable bed hot shower strong wifi
Quiet, comfortable bed, clean, very cheap, very central, shower works well.
The room fits the bed, sink and a night table and nothing else. No space to open your luggage except on the bed. Door is metallic, like in a prison. Window is a little hole high up in the ceiling with a non-transparent glass. Toilet lock almost falls off when you use it. The sink in the room is 100 years old.
It's located in the centre of DF. It's cheap. Reception works fine.
I booked a room in the top floor. The narrow corridor and the metallic doors give it a jail-like look. The room is very basic with just enough room for the bed and the suitcase. And a sink. I pre-booked a taxi at the reception, but they didn't call until I arrived 5 minutes before time. So the taxi arrived 30 minutes late.
Location was amazing.
Rooms with share bathroom are ugly and small. Rest of the hotel is nice
Great location, helpful staff, good price.
The facilities are really basic, and wifi was not working perfectly.
there wasn't always warm water, the bathrooms sometimes needed to be cleaned better, but the rooms were cleaned well every day.
I have stayed at other places but, always return here because of the very comfortable beds and good pillows. The staff is efficient and the location couldn't be better. There is a great restaurant next door and access to all the shopping you could desire a couple of blocks away. I take a sleep mask to block out excess light from the hall.
In the center of the City
Shared toilets aren't so clean. Strong smell of painting.
Great location and nicer beds.
loud late. big open area. staff starts cleaning at 7am. our rooms were #115,116,117 and the sink that the staff use to fill the mop buckets was just outside our room and used very often from 7am to noon. Construction was every morning in the room across the hall and loud as in metal hitting stone. The "upgrade" is new fake wood floors and paneling which may cut down on the noise but surely soon they will raise prices accordingly. The ceramic tile was much nicer. I have stayed here 4+ times and this will be my last. If you are one of the loud late night types it is a fine place to stay.
The maid on the 4th floor was very nice. The Internet always worked
Some nights it was very noisy in this hotel.
Location, room was small but cute - at least there was a hardwood floor instead of carpet, and the old building was pretty.
Room was probably a bit small for more than a night or two, and very strong recent paint smell, which I guess can't be helped. Reminded me of a New York apartment.
Good wifi Good location
Everything! Tiny room resembled a prison cell with cast iron door. Noisy Shared shower dirty, old soaps stuck to window ledge Dead mosquitoes and blood on the walls Mosquitoes buzzing around woke us up Pillows like concrete blocks Bed not nice and bedding questionable The front desk didn't show us to our room even though there were 2 of them Internal window facing a wall with no light coming in TV kept turning off We left as soon as possible, not worth the savings.
Very central location, yet noise was not a problem at all except for from the staff. Property was spartan but very clean.
The staff was extremely noisy with cleaning and moving things starting at 7am on a Sunday morning. They mopped access halls to the shared bathroom in the early morning right as people would have logically wanted to use them.
Big room,in the middle of the city, clean, friendly staff, good bed, restaurant on the other side of street
staff are friendly 24h reception Wifi available for each floor
At walking distance for shopping electonics, computer, phones and lots of historic buildings. Near to Oxxo, 7-11
The restaurante down stairs is over priced
Location Price WiFi
The staff could smile more - but thats just my opinion!
The Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Zocalo(main square) and 5 min to main business and atracciones centre wi fi was also ok
I had room near the toilet and i was hearing everything, it was room n. 401, the rest rooms where Better.
the location is central. showers are clean. there is a great restaurant next door.
The room you get is not the one advertised. It is actually half the size, with just enough room for a double bed and to open a door. Which is ok, except the ventilation is so poor that in such a confined space it heats up to above thirty degrees in no time at all with two people in there and it feels like you can't breathe. The room is also lets in mosquitoes and ours had a hole in the floor. There is no fan or carpet as advertised, and the shared bathroom is two toilets and two showers for the whole floor (more than thirty rooms). One of the toilets was blocked for the whole stay and the other was very dirty. If you request the room advertised instead they say you must pay twice as much for that room and that the advertising is a mistake. Although it is cheap, you will not be able to sleep so it somewhat defeats the purpose of a hotel room. It might be ok for one person if you want to sleep with the door open and it's not summer, and if you don't mind a few mosquitoes. Or if you want to recreate a scene from prison break.
Great Location.Excellent wifi reception and fantastic value for money.
Cheap and Clean.
No sealed windows above most doors make it a bit noisey!
Close to Zocalo
The room does not have a window. Also very noise as the room are all facing an inner yard.
