    The casino in the hotel

    That the bathroom had a leak and with what they repaired it smelled really bad that we had to get out of the room because my head was hurting

    The service was amazing & the casino part was fun! I think they should expand out to the USA and rocky point (Puerto Penasco)!

    It had the worst wifi connections in all rooms but it worked pretty good in the hallways. *We had 4 rooms over the weekend* you guys need a pool/jacuzzi and that hotel would be perfect!

    We stayed in room 520 and much to our surprise you can get a strong AT&T cell signal. The rooms a decent size amd staff is very acommodating.

    In the morning the smell of carne asada penetrates the hall ways.

    Staff was amazing and respectful, rooms were excellent. Hotel was nice and comfortable.

    Only thing I disliked was the wifi, were poor signal couldn't do much off it.

    I was charge 3 times the price of the room, in my debit card , and when i called them they told me that they will give me credit in 3 to 7 days , for that charge i have overdraf $34dlls for each charge =$ 68 dlls and they are not paying for the over draft,why they do that?

    location and convenience, staff great, breakfast buffet is always awesome.

    have stayed here before and everything has always been great. this time it was a little annoying that we showed up well after check in and when walked into room there was still luggage from prior party and room hadn't been cleaned yet

    The room was quiet and spacious. The location is always convenient.

    Upon arrival I was told they didn't have my reservation. I had to show the receptionist my phone and then forward her the email confirmation because she needed "back up" to check me in. She took her sweet time, talking and joking with other employees, answering the phone, all this while we stood in front of her and waited. We must've asked at least 5 times if everything was ok, what was taking so long. It took her 20 mins to check us in and with two tired young children waiting, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

    The $10.00 Fast Pass charge. The hotel buys these pass for $5.00 and resales them for $10.00. I thought they were free for staying at the Hotel.

    Great hotel not that far from border, felt safe i would stay in this hotel again

    The only thing i didn't like was the person at the front desk was Awkward and didn't want to give us extra keys for my friends

    Staff was amazing! The Beds are very comfortable

    I booked a room with 2 beds and was given a 1 bed room. Then was told that I had to wait until a 2 bed room was ready. This was at 4:15.Finally got into my room around 5.I was very Tired.

    newly remoled rooms and great location and clean casino. Would come again if I am ever in a gambling mood.

    Front office was very poor. They couldnt find my revervation and they had me email a copy of my booking.com receipt, then fax them and they had the nerve to ask me if I can forward the email via text to there personal cell phone. I did the fax and email but no the cell phone. I think in my opinion since its almost half off booking.com they wanted me to pay the upfront fee. I suggest you bring a copy of the reservation with you. I booked at last minute and couldnt do that my self. They have no office space and the internet is very very slow. That said the other staff that includes the restaurant, the room service and the door man which helped me a lot to make my stay there comfortable by giving me a coupon for drinks and food something he did out of his own kindness and offered to put my bags in storage helped ease the my stay untill they finally got the fax about hour after I got there

    I liked the bed and design of the room and also the casino was fun

    I smelled like cig smoke everywhere even inside the room there was one lady at the front desk who was just unfriendly

    Beautiful rooms with an extra friendly staff. They were all very willing to help without any question.

    Room service at 9am isn't cool after a long night of drinking and dancing. We had reservation problems and the staff thought we only booked one nigh instead of two, not cool.

    The rooms were really clean, and fully equipped. The service was excellent, we wanted to have drinks in our room and the bellman offered to send someone to buy us drinks a store. They brought us a cooler to our room full of iced cold beer. Everything we needed they found a way to provide it. I will most definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The hotel is really nice overall.

    I stayed in this hotel in January and February and plan on staying here in March and for five days in April. I very much like being able to walk from the border in about 15 minutes. I love the beds and the pillows. They are so comfortable! I think the staff are more than helpful and go out of their way to make the stay a positive one. I like how large the rooms are. I like the casino and the staff. I think the restaurant is a big plus. The food is very good ( I loved the soup). The restaurant staff again excellent. I love that it's the only hotel, I believe, that drives guests to the border or to another location. All this is why I love the Hotel Pueblo Amigo!

    I can't really think of anything I don't like. Really.

    door man was great.

    tolet did not flush at all. did not let me check in until 4pm and we were very tired from travaling and needed our room at 3 like promised.
