The grounds/landscape is beautiful and a pleasure to view and be part of the environment. The spa is well planned and managed facility. The three pools are beautiful and well maintained. I have stayed at this resort before and on this trip I experienced a lack of willingness/desire with the staff to attempt to accommodate any special needs or requests. Eg. I requested the need to purchase a bag of ice which the deli did not have for sale. I called the staff to ask if I could get some I e anywhere at the resort until I could get to a store in town. I was told there was no ice available. Three restaurants and swim up bars but no ice in the entire resort, hard to believe. I also experienced left over food from room service being left outside the rooms for more than 24 hrs. With birds and insects getting to it. I believe the resort while still a nice facility is slipping in the quality and attention to accommodating guests to the degree they have done so in past years.
