The hotel is a great area. The parking is free but on the weekend it's hard to get parking The room is small compared to other, but it's clean and the furniture is not old ir beat up. I would defeanity stay here next time. Rooms are too small bathroom to close not privacy

The location and pool. The re is lot of noise during the night, and you can not sleep. Also they pushing you to buy or consume in their restaurant.

la atención en el restaurante y la alberca los baños de la habitación 101 apestan terriblemente, sobre todo en la noche. Seguro es debido a que los "cespol" (sellos de olor) de la regadera y del lavabo son de muy baja calidad y a que no estan bien instalados y no reciben mantenimiento. Jamas me volvería a quedar en el hotel con esa peste que se acentúa en la noche y pasa del baño a las habitaciones. mis compañeros de viaje tambien se quejaron de lo mismo (en la habitación 105)

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias. El personal muy amable y educado. El desayuno y la carta de primera. El hotel sin lujos ni pendejadas, tranquilo, limpio y muy organizado. :)

Esta como muy romántico, bonito Si, nos toco un cuarto donde desde temprano se oía mucho ruido, parecía q del personal, o personas q pasaban, no se, pero por consiguiente no pudimos dormir mas después de las 7:00 a.m.

El servicio del Restaurante es excelente, la calidad-precio de los alimentos es justo y la limpieza de las instalaciones es excelente. La habitación que ocupe fué para 2 adultos y la cama de la habitación era más pequeña que una cama matrimonial, tan fué así que hable a recepción para decireles que la cama era tamaño individual, me dijerón que era matrimonial, pedí el servicio de despertador y uno de los días no me despertarón y otro día me despertarón pero una hora antes de lo que había solicitado, en este aspecto creo que no tienen buen control en recepción y por último cuando reserve en base al precio publicado por ustedes, me mandó un correo el hotel y me informarón que existía un error en el precio publicado, me dierón la tarifa correcta y acepte porque era n $500.00 de más, pero, ésto también me molesto.

su ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de plaza del sol, sin ruidos, habitaciones muy limpias, desayuno bufet en espacio agradable, inmejorable relación calidad-precio sólo las almohadas me parecieron un poco incomodas, por lo demás muy bien todo
