I like the style, minimalist and the space of the apartment, the installations are modern and clean, beautiful place, the beach is convenient and the pool is wide and nice.

Lack of restaurants choice, inside of the compound, staff not friendly enough just limiting to the basic attentions, the intercom didn't work to open the door of the building, the pool had some barriers that I feel that are not safe cause you don't see them or when you get to the edges there's some steps hardy to see, the location of the compound is not visible, I had to do a lot of searching in the area to find the mareazul better know as gran coral, by the locals, it's imperative to add more signs in the different entries and improve the existing ones

The condo is spectacular, very luxurious and perfect for families. You can cook some meals and maids come in afterwards to wash the dishes.

You can only get Wi-Fi in the reception and restaurant, otherwise you are out of luck. There are no land lines in the rooms so unless you have roaming service you are completely out touch in the room.

Beautifully decorated condos. Beautiful pools, and great food.

Some of the young kids there (ages 11-14) were running wild. Parents were either in condos or at the beach, paying no attention. Kids were running around in packs, swearing and acting foolish both during the day and late at night. There are several things that would make this place a "10." Right now, it's a "7." First, supply soap, shampoo & conditioner. WiFi should be available in the units, not just at the pool or lobby, and more stations to view on the T.V., or at least have dvd players and dvd rentals available since it is a quiet place. Include menus of places that will deliver food in the information books. Run the fountains! They would be beautiful to see! Consider another restaurant that would serve in the evening. The first 2-3 suggestions are the most important to change this to a solid 4 star, and maybe a 4 1/2 star hotel. It's beautiful! Just needs some final touches.

I like the place is like being on a private beach, the departments are awesome, and the breakfast is good, the price that you pay is fair.

A little bit far from Playa del Carmen so if you dont bring a car this might be a problem from you, the day that we arrived at night was no light at the whole complex of buildings so it was a little bit scary.

the location was great and the quietness of the condo was relaxing.aside from the minor incident that I had with front desk I would recommend this place a hundred percent.

The people in the front desk or on organize and rude. several times I asked for either taxi service for laundry service I had to catch the person at the next shift to actually do it.

The size and comfort of the room. The swimming pools and the beach were great.

The breakfast was terrible. For the price paid i would expect a better breakfast. No telephones in the rooms made difficult ro communicate with the staff. No internet connection in the rooms.

    Nothing it was horrible

This place is a scam! I don't know where they got there other reviews which seem to be good, my guess is the owners of the apartments are doing them. It's not a (hotel)it's nothing like the pictures you are actually booking to stay at someone house while they are away. It is a residential development which is only 5% occupied. The only staff are cleaners, gardener and very rude receptionist. there we suss stains on the bed, We laid towels down. The air con sounded like a lawnmower but there is no one to call to get it fixed because there's no phone and no staff And the reception just say they will talk to someone and nothing happens. The restraint are all shut, it's deserted. There are 100s of good hotels and resorts in playa del Carmen I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here! we had a horrible experience and it was our honeymoon which was a little upsetting. Also be carful at the restaurant in town they put fake tax on the bills.
