I liked that I could have breakfast every morning without leaving the hotel. Location was great!! Easy walk to the Jardin and everywhere else.
Central location in walking distance to downtown shopping and eating.
Property needs maintenance. It's an older property with "character" but needs fresh paint in places.
Excellent location, good value for the money
The restaurant was not good. Food mediocre, and not a good value.
Location, value and breakfast at the restaurant
4 out of our 8 days the wifi in our section of the hotel didn't work necessitating we go to the office area to get on line. Other sections were not effected by the outage.
Very good hotel, very good location, very helpful staff. Thanks
Friendly helpful staff, great HOT showers to warm up in.
No heat in February, and it was cold. I could have paid for a room with heat, but just piled on the blankets at night.
This hotel has free secure parking for our car, great staff who speak some English and a perfect location to walk to everything that San Miguel has to offer. It also has a nice courtyard with trees and flowers and benches to enjoy the surroundings.
The rooms are very dated and the beds are hard.
Lovely garden, close to the Jardin and right next to the crafts market
To be honest, we didn't stay much at the hotel, but I think it is a really good place to be for a young couple, it had the necessary things that we needed.
The only thing we didn't find very pleasent was that hot water took so long to come out so I had to shower with cold water.
location dining room food and service wonderful staff in all areas wonderful
The location is great. It is nice having a restaurant on the premises.
I wish the restaurant would open earlier for breakfast.
The surroundings the staff the little cafe easy walk to centro yet quiet and close to the mercado
The bed was hard, but acceptable and the pillows are Mexican style...lumpy I travel with a pillow
A comfortable room at a good price
Room is looking a bit tired. Hotel charges 10 pesos to call a taxi
Mostly location near Mercado & walking distance 2 Centro Jardin & staff was very friendly & helpful.
Restaurant was way understaffed & slow & we left due to poor service! They probably didn't even notice we had left.
The family-owned facility. We've been going there since 1987, so obviously love them and the hotel. It is not a luxury place, but it is a good one -- clean, friendly, and the food in the restaurant is good and can be trusted to not make you sick with "Turista."
The chairs are not very comfortable, but few chairs in Mexico are. We've been all over the country, and find that to be the case.
Restaurant on the premises was great. Mostly English-speaking personnel
