Score from 72 reviews Very good
the hotel has a really good location, the rooms are big and have all the facilities
the breakfast is extremely poor and my room had no windows, had good ventilation though.
I loved the upstairs salon, very comfortable sofa and second TV! The quality of the construction and little details like electrical switches and the little room card holder to activate the lighting. Large, fully tile lined shower with good hot water!
The room that I was in did not have a window to open, and the room became hot. The air conditioner was very good, too good, because the room would become too cold, and then cycle off. My advice: be sure that your room has a window that opens (many others did).
Staff most helpful with useful information. Very polite.
The location was excellent, and the staff very friendly, breakfast was on too
The beds were totally not comfortable, my back hurt so bad and it was not enough room to place our clothes.
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Close to everything, but away enough to be quiet.
The beds are so hard we couldn't sleep at all.
Location and large very well maintained room and facility.
Excellent location with easy access to all the sites in the historic center of the city.
Less sugary options for breakfast like oatmeal, bran cereal or whole wheat bread.
the hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable, wi-fi and air conditioning work without a hitch.
Vicente was a gracious host. The property was beautiful and spotless!
The pillows were lumpy, the rooms were stuffy and the air conditioning didn't work.
All, the location, facilities, staff.....we all agreed it was the best on our trip. Good parking.
It was a little difficult to enter the facility with a van.
The staff is friendly and courteous. The room and the entire building is clean and well maintained and it's just a short walk to the historical section of Queretaro.
Lovely character, plenty of power points & ample parking out the back of the courtyard. Basin separate from toilet, which was handy. Given Wifi router for the room, which worked faultlessly, aircon also had heater facility, invaluable in January!
Breakfast outside in the courtyard was a little bit chilly in mid winter, but would be lovely any other time.
Nice place to stay at. Comfortable. Big rooms and very close to sites of interest. They give breakfast though not mentioned in the ads. Highly recommended.
Is a real Mexican Hacienda is a traditional Casita where you feel you are staying in a special traditional home. Breakfast included and sitting in the patio was awesone. Sitting in the upper terrace and look at the churches made a HUGE great experience.
I will come back anytime. We LOVE THE PLACE.
no windows in room. Breakfast does not match quality of hotel
- The staff was very nice and helpful - Rooms are very spacious and include a large king size bed
- Booking.com advertised the hotel as a 5 star, which is clearly misleading and untrue, by a long distance. - Rooms are not well lit (very few windows) and have somewhat a austere feel, as if we were in a convent. - The hotel is a bit further away from the centre than other similarly priced hotels in Queretaro. - Rooms and hotel facilities are not as nice than other hotels in Queretero such as the Casa de la Marquesa or the Casona de la Republica.
It's a wonderfully atmospheric hotel. The rooms are very nicely updated and the location is good.
Breakfast in the courtyard was cold and the breakfast itself was uninspired.
The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel looked like an Hacienda which I loved. The breakfast was good yogurt, toasted bread, fruits, and coffee. It was a light breakfast but it good cause whey your are on vacation you spend most of the time eating out and eating at relatives houses. So food is not a concern. The parking is fantastic you actually park your car inside the hotel-hacienda. The hotel attendant is awalys ready to help with any concern we had. We went in November during thanksgiving it was cold but even then it was great. The hotel is walking distance to stores, plazas, pharmacies, eating places, and etc. I recommend it to everyone. I would certainly stay here again without a doubt. The room had heater and ac too.
The location is great, the parking is free and inside of building. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good quality / price.
I think it can not 'be ranked a five-star. The rooms are poor and missing the fridge. In the morning you can hear noises from the street.
The building is wonderfull in the very downtown of Quewretaro and with parking.
Breakfast is OK but could be a little better with some sweet bread or something warm. Weather was cold and breakfast outside.
Location was great. Large room with great bathroom and shower. Courtyard was lovely and staff was very nice.
Wifi was spotty. Breakfast was in courtyard and was very chilly out. Breakfast selection wasn't great but for the price I wouldn't complain too much.
great staff! great location! huge garage...quiet street for el central. good toilets
no ice and our friends room had no hot water as of 10 am
very close, walking distance to all the historic architecture, parks and city squares, shopping district and restaurants and entertainment
hotel has nice rooms, no pool or fitness center, wireless didn't work, but a LAN cable did after we had the front desk reset the modem.
