This Mexico City hotel is only one mile from the World Trade Center. The hotel offers a full-service spa, free Wi-Fi and a night club at the weekend. Price. The hotel overview mention that : "offers an ideal location near the city's best sights" that´s a lie. The hotel is not very well located and there is nothing close by. You have to take a taxi to go anywhere and depending of the time you will take few hours to get there.. The hotel is not that modern.

En terminos generales el hotel esta muy bien aunque una television mas grande haria mas confortable la estancia! No me gusto el hecho de que me hicieran un cargo a la TC al hacer la reservacion por internet y que nuevamente me cobraran al llegar al hotel justificando que el primer cargo seria cancelado, pero a mi me afecta ya que el banco me retiene el dinero hasta la fecha de corte!

Para ser honesto, NADA La ubicación pésima, en una zona peligrosa. La alianza que tienen con el Rent a Car Already, una real porquería! Qué me robaron de frente. Cobraron un desayuno que estaba incluido y lo peor de todo el descarado del mesero con su propia letra puso propina a es cuenta. Un descáro TOTAL. Toco rogarles mucho para que hicieran la factura y ni siquiera la hicieron bien. Para ser un Radisson MUY MAL TODO.

todo estubo exelente que me hayan dicho que el check out era a la 1:00 pm y que yo llegue a las 12:15 y ya habian desconectado la llave electronica a las 12:00 y me habian dejado mis maletas adentro

no respetan las tarifas contratadas por booking. los desayunos estan muy pobres Y malos. los salones para las reuniones estuvieron muy mal atendidos. muy pobre el servicio en general.

No tiene nada en particular. Quedarse en viernes a descansar en el hotel es lo peor. Hay iun grupo que toca toda la moche. Imposible descansar si es tu objetivo.

Pas grand chose comparé aux autres établissements que j'ai fréquenté à Mexico City pour bien moins cher et qui offrait un service et un confort supérieur. Très bruyant, indigne d'un tel hôtel à tel point que j'entendais la conversation téléphonique de mon voisin mot pour mot. Même après avoir demandé le changement de chambre même constat. Je déconseille!

Decoración, buen servicio en general Costo- beneficio excelente Gracias Los recepcionistas son la primer imagen de muchos negocios y son parte del concepto o idea del lugar. En este lugar no se muestran suficientemente amables ni contentos con lo que hacen, no están debidamente entrenados. No son groseros pero les falta capacitarse y "ponerse la camiseta". Gracias

El servicio estuvo ok, la habitación estaba muy limpia y confortable La regadera está a menos de 1.70 m de altura, (yo mido 1.80) con lo cual la ducha fué un suplicio.

No cuenta con suficiente personal por las noches como son balet parking, ni botones por lo que es muy tardado y molesto después de un largo viaje que este servicio sea lento, igualmente en el servicio a la habitación fue una espera prolongada, la Atencion del personal es buena, pero no tienen suficiente personal por la noche.
