that is a hotel dat you can easy recieve de bus to go to the center of the city and also to go te the Hotel zon. als near bij bij de bus station. the hotel is not exactly conform in the web pointed as 5star hotel but 4 star is more than enough. the bed is not as het must be. the seves is goed but the other facility are poor. like sport facility and others. the most of radisson hotel are altot betere than this. |

Hotel was well situated and very comfortable the staff are awful, they never asked us if we would like drinks when we were buy the pool and tried to rip us off when we checked out. not satisfied |

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo,dall'hotel si raggiunge velocemente a piedi la stazione degli autobus ado e numerosi locali della zona centro. Mi hanno addebitato l'importo sulla carta di credito in due sucessivi soggiorni, anche se avevo specificato la richiesta di pagamento in contanti. Internet wireless gratuito per tutti gli ospiti, ma l'uso della postazione dell'hotel a pagamento ed abbastanza cara. |

Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, de kamer was ruim en proper. Tijdens ons vorig verblijf werden we voortdurend lastig gevallen door guest relation services, dit was nu niet meer het geval. Bij het inchecken kregen we eerst een standaard kamer toegewezen terwijl we een executive kamer geboekt hadden. Ons voordeel was dat we het hotel goed kenden en op de hoogte waren van het onderscheid tussen de verschillende soorten kamers. Na inchecken bij een andere medewerker kregen we dan toch de juiste kamer. |

De ligging dichtbij Downtown Cancun is een absoluut pluspunt voor toeristen. Wifi in de kamer is zeer handig en heel gebruiksvriendelijk. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we door hostessen van andere luxe hotels aangeklampt om mee te gaan naar die andere hotels en dit verschillende malen niettegenstaande wij reeds gezegd hadden dat we geen interesse hadden. |

The hotel didn't have our reservation for 2 rooms, but only for one. Very unflexible in compensating for this. Hotel itself is fine, but people working at reception do not live up to their own service slogans which are prominently displayed all over the hotel! Live up to your service slogans! |

Super hôtel de standing vu le prix, surtout à Cancun. Restaurant sur place très sympa. Accueil chaleureux. Très bon souvenir. Dommage que nous ayons mis 2 heures pour le trouver. Assez loin de l'aeroport mais tranquille ! |

Tres bel hotel, très bien tenu et propre. Belle piscine et chambre spacieuse.idéal pour escale après le vol arrivée et retour. Très difficile à trouver, explications sur le plan peu claires |

l'hotel è un'ottima struttura, adeguata allo standard Radisson; la posizione è un pò defilata e per raggiungere la zona frequenata di Cancun è necessario prendere il taxi che, comunque, è a disposizione 24 h e a tariffe molto buone un inconveniente: ho pagato il conto la sera dell'arrivo ma al check out, la mattina seguente, mi è stato chiesto di integrare il pagamento perchè l'addetto della sera precedente non aveva conteggiato tutto il dovuto |
