everything was fine perfect location right by airport... the shuttle did not pick us up at the airport to return at the hotel, we had to pay for A taxi....

Helpful staff - we arrived late on a flight and they were great. The bed was huge and comfortable. The towels were also large and the shower was great. Iron and wardrobe space Modern and clean Good breakfast

Good location close to Terminal 1 and Metro. Decent free Breakfast. Internet is Bad Bad Bad!!! I complained 3 times about not being able to connect to the internet from my room, and about getting very limited speeds in other areas and nothing was done about it. I had to sit in the lobby in order to get emails etc. Staff and management non responsive!!!. Since I saw several others such complaints in the reviews I must assume management does not completely see the need of fast available internet nowadays or simply does not care. I will try to get a refund from booking.com since I lost a week of emails while staying at this hotel.

- big, comfortable beds - location withing walking distance from the airport (over the pedestrian bridge) - free airport shuttle service - nice food in the restaurant - very nice shower and bathroom - built in A/C (not so common in Mexico) - rude bell-boys - interior room where we stayed had only a milk-white window, not a transparent one.

Very close to the airport with free shuttle. Reception staff friendly and a quick check-in / out. Wi-Fi Internet was not working, I booked this hotel as it was close to airport and had wi-fi, this was disappointing. They did have a comp down in reception with free internet usage. Room had no remote for the air-conditioner & no room service menu - after several phone calls this was taken care of.

Complementary breakfast was good. The front desk staff was horrible. Not a smile ever! They do not help you out when you have a problem related to their hotel. Customer is not first.

Nice room, coffee maker, great staff, great location, incredible set up. Beautiful restaurant. Clean and spotless. Great live music, love the pillow and the down conforter . I am in the hotel business as an executive for the Warwick international. 1/You did not say that the hot was not working at check in 2/ the towel are rags 3/ No menu of the restaurant in the room, you loosing revenue, not knowing about the menu, 4/ You gave me free breakfast, but your restaurant open at 7 am, really? You are an airport hotel. You had coffee with cookies! Great! But the coffee was cold. 5/ no tv station display in room that I could found

Location is very convenient to reach from Airport. Room size is enough and room is clean. Food at restaurant is reasonable.Price is reasonable. Main entrance is facing a small road and may be not easy to find it, if you reach there by yourself.

My receipt was for 1418.06 pesos. They billed my credit card for $203.20! My room was $109 and change. They ripped me off now I will have the hassle of challenging my credit card charges.
