We stayed at the Ramada Aeropuerto Mexico because of its proximity to the airport; we had an early connection to a flight to San Cristobal the next day. We had stayed at the Ramada the year before on our way to Oaxaca and were not too impressed with the service and attitude of the staff. That was so different this year. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and doing all the could to make our stay comfortable. The only tip I would pass on to travellers is to request a room with a "real" window. Some of the rooms have "fake" windows and have poor aircirculation... very stuffy. The rooms with windows not only have better air circulation but are also roomier.

Nice room, friendly desk staff. Great wifi. I will probably stay here again. Staff could have been more helpful getting me to Terminal 2. The shuttle was already full and a staff member told me that it would cost 100 pesos to take a taxi. At the authorized taxi stand just across the street, a driver took me for 50 pesos (and I probably could have offered to pay even less). So, more accurate and realistic information would have been helpful.

Very close to the airport and the shuttle service is very good. The bar was just what was required after a very long travel. The room was very good except for the false window, I guess the view outside wasn't great but this shouldn't stop you staying here as the staff look asfter you very well and finally the breakfast is excellent just the thing to set you up for the day. Thank you to the staff of the Ramada. P.S..... it really helps to speak some Spanish you save money in the long run!!!! P.P.S..... loved Mexico

Wee booked two double rooms, but the hotel provided only one. We landed in Mexico after 12-hour flight from Europe and lady in the reception offered us cancelling our reservation without any fees and recommended looking for some other hotel. Poor service....

The breakfast the shuttle to airport Room with very bad wifi when checking you must ask for a room with good coverage otherwise you catch the hotel cross the road better. Watch after the taxi prices which stay in front of the hotel. Divide by 4 the price they require.

The excellent breakfast buffet which is included in the price and of which I was deprived this time because I had to leave at 5.30 am to catch my plane to toronto. The friendly and very efficient reception staff. The wonderful spa like soap, shampoo, body lotion. I am staying at ramada aeropuerto once a year.

It's a lovely place to stay. I loved the design of the rooms and the hotel in general. The soap at the bathroom and the breakfast where wonderful. Our room was a little bit small

The location close to TAPO bus terminal and the airport. The restaurant food and staff were excellent Poor internet service from early evening through till I left the next morning. the shuttle service was not satisfactory. I arrived in the lobby within the time suggested and found the van full and I had to wait for the next van making me later to the airport then what I wanted. i would suggest a 'reservation" for the van better. TV service was not good.

Very kind internal personnel. Free shuttle service ffrom and to the airport. A really great breakfast at morning. The first room was stinking from drains and it was changed on the spot. All rooms are windows-less (no air circulation). Rooms are noisy because of the air conditioning motors outside the rooms. Noisy drains in the bathroom. Noisy air ventilator in the bathroom. The bathroom level is not upgraded to the price.(plastic carpet, old towels)

Very unfortunate stay - we have stayed many times before and this time was a series of mishaps. Very disappointing Very unfortunate stay - we have stayed many times before and this time was a series of mishaps. Gym not open they had not cleared it from a conference the day before at least. Message therapist very sketchy arrangement and no details provided by hotel - this could have been very embarassing luckily we were able to figure it out on our own - no assistance from the hotel. This hotel does not offer message it is outsourced very sketchy! Tv did not work even after many attempts by the staff. Did not get breakfast as we checked out at 630 am.

The location of the hotel, and the Police man at the parking door; I didn't get his name, but he provided the best customer service out of the entire personnel. I didn't like that the bar closes too early, at midnight. Where can I complain about the poor customer service?

Great shower, that was roomy and well-designed. Good breakfast, with a large variety of food, that was all very good. The proximity to the airport makes it very convenient to get to and from the airport. The beds! Mattresses way too soft! My back is totally jacked up. We are staying there on the return trip, and I am already dreading the next morning, and saving some pain meds to get me through the next day. New, firmer mattresses please. The other downside was there was no explanation provided as to how to get to the shuttle once you get to the airport. It took awhile and us asking several people to find out it was at Puerta 4.
