Convenience to airport. Shuttle service to hotel and back to airport. Room was very accommodating. Staff were friendly.
Leave hungry Free breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM. It makes it difficult for travelers prior to that time heading to the airport to take advantage of the offer. Concierge desk could hold more change in different denominations.
The room was large. The wake-up call was on time. I came in late (10:30 PM) and still got a room even though it was a different hotel.
I was actually at an overflow location about a mile away. I didn't know where I was being taken. The AC hadn't been turned on in the room, and it took a long time to cool.
For an airport hotel, this is a good choice. Shuttle worked well, free breakfast is nice (although the staff reminds you often that a tip is not included) and it is quiet
This is the second time we have stayed here. This time we were given an inside room with no window. It's like sleeping in a cave. The lighting is terrible and it was impossible to even read. Make sure you ask for an outside room.
Convenience to airport
Flight arrived after midnight and transport to hotel not available - got ripped off by a taxi getting to hotel. Partly my fault. Hotel should advise arriving clients how to get their transport to the hotel - especially for after hours arrivals.
Buffet breakfast was excellent. It set us up for our food less united flight toCA
Breakfast starts pretty late - 7am
The hotel is closed to Mexico airport. Staff is excellent, and provided us with a car and driver to visit Mexico city in the best efficient waY;
Checked in about 10p. About an hour later we discovered the hairdryer had a burn hole in it. A hotel rep came to see it and we were told that he couldn't do anything about it until the morning even though we told him we would be leaving at 6a. And needed it before then. When we called the next morning they said we could change rooms If we wanted a hairdryer. Also there were no washcloths in the room and no hot water at the sink.
The collection from the airport was smooth, which was very welcome for this tired traveler, as was the transfer back to the airport in the morning. Check-in and check-out were efficient, swift, friendly and helpful. My questions were anticipated.
My only disappointment was that there was no vegetarian breakfast pack. Really, an international hotel should cater for vegetarians these days!
The Bellman went above and beyond ensuring we had a english speaking cab driver to accompany us around the city to see the sights safely.
Internet was slow and hard to connect to was the only issue.
Evertyhing that you need for night overstay between flights, they have a shuttle service from and to the airport, the hotel had great staff, willing to help and they spoke english.
location to airport and comfort.
Location comfort shuttle service restaurant dinner buffet breakfast
The price quoted by Booking .com was 10 % less than the price that was charged by the hotel. Get synchronized. Terribly annoying.
proximity to airport
noise from hallway
Ok hotel if need to stay near airport
No windows in room, no wifi, poot food quality, and the waiter filled out the quality of service card himself then ask us to sign. Which I did not.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is very good, just next to the airport, and the room was pretty and confortable enough. For the price, you are getting an awesome service. Complete recommend it.
Nothing in especial
shuttle bus dirvers are the Cunning guy . be carefull !
Every thing was great .
The breakfast was very good. The room was quite big and very comfortable, I would have liked to stay longer to enjoy more the hotel.
We didn't stay too long so I have nothing to complain about.
Gave us a box breakfast as we were leaving for airport at 5 am.
Entrance and outside signage over that door could be improved, main entrance appeared to perhaps be a side or back entrance. (Once inside, it was OK)
The staff was very accommodating!!!
I wish it were easier to contact the hotel for a shuttle after 23:00. As it was, an employee from a different hotel (very kindly)contacted the Ramada for me as my cell seemed to be having unexpected problems
Staff are friendly, and the location is great if you need a place to stay near the airport. The 24-hour free shuttle service is excellent, and so is the breakfast.
The room was icy cold, even after shutting off the airco. The bed liamps don't give enough light for reading, and the room lighting cannot be operated from the bed.
