like the airport access for our early morning flight. Hotel staff were helpful. Good shuttle service. room was clean.
The room is small, tiny bathroom, no hot water. There is no real window but a yellow glass that has light shine through at night, airless. Expensive for what you get.
Shuttly 24/7 available and quick transfer.
Of course less comfortable than the directly airport-connected hotel, but pricewise good alternative.
I liked the closeness to the airport, the hotel facilities, the breakfast included and the staff service.
We had some problems with the sink in the bathroom. The water disappeared extremely slowly.
Location. Shuttle was good
Feels secure and close to the airport
High cost of food and drink. I had to walk the back streets for fair priced bottled water and a couple of beers to go.
free airport shuttle great breakfast service
We wanted to book a room on our return Feb 20th but were told it is cheaper doing it on line we are unable to do this Would like to book one night Feb 20th
Kind staff, very good location. 10 mins by hotel's free shuttle bus from the airport.
Can hear a girl chatting with her family on Skype for the whole night, shouting because bad wifi connection… The price is quite high with the kind of room condition.
They charged me twice for the same room.
The tv didn't work. Was given a room that was occupied.
Location to travel
Was really noisy, we were in the first floor and there is a convention room just few metres besides, was some event and you could heard everything until passes middle night .... No good after traveling 10hrs and u just want to rest
Giant shower, hot tub, dual sinks, nice soaps, sitting area, large bed, clean. Bagged breakfast for early checkouts. Shuttle from airport to hotel is very convenient (but a bit slow), and shuttle to airport is quick and really helpful. WiFi was pretty good throughout the room. Overall, recommended.
During the night, the entire neighbourhood developed a horrible damp towel smell (nothing to do with the hotel) - I hope that's not a regular occurrence. Also, the room had very few lights, and we had to keep strategically adjusting the angle on a desk lamp to see anything throughout the room, or use flashlights. Very dark overall at night. The highway noise was a bit loud too, but not unbearable.
Airport pick up shuttle. Breakfast.
The additional booking fee of US$15.96 that the Ramada added on to the bill. Very misleading when Booking.com says No Booking Fees - technically yes no booking fees from them, but they are passed on by the Ramada, so the rate is not what you end up paying.
The rooms are comfortable and the staff is really friendly. Since I had to leave before breakfast time, they sent me off with a sandwich, apple and juice pack. I ordered room service, which was fast. Plus the salad was delicious.
I booked this hotel since I had 12 hours in between flights (arriving 6pm; leaving 6am the next morning). In hindsight, I wish I would have paid extra to stay at the NH, which is in one of the terminals. Between waiting for the shuttle and driving back and forth I spent about an hour that I rather would have used for sleeping.
Due to miserable weather over the East Coast of the US our flight from Toronto to Mexico City was 3 hrs delayed - we arrived at 3.30 am instead of midnight, checked in at Ramada at 4 am with an professional young lady who probably gathered that we were tired, slept 5 hrs and enjoyed the always great breakfast buffet, the excellent service.
No negative comment!
bell boy, restaurant staff all great.
receptionist was impolite about our towels not coming to our room. She could've explained about the short staff situation, but instead chose to ignore our calls.
Clean, comfortable, very convenient with good wireless signal--but that's why I paid a little over $100--in this day and age I expect that for $120 including taxes. The complimentary airport shuttle also saved money from going towards a taxi.
I was overcharged for an item that I tried to order through room service but, after they never answered the phone, I had to eventually order from the restaurant downstairs. And the "free" breakfast was only good after 7:00 am, with their replacement being a 'box lunch' with box juice, orange, and wonder bread sandwich. Couldn't they buy some muffins, yogurt instead to go with the fruit and juice? Airlines do better...
I was given a beautiful suite, and although it was somewhat more than the prior price quote, it was totally acceptable. It was exactly what I needed after a full day of travel. I found the staff helpful and the shuttle driver very knowledgeable. All in all I would recommend it to anyone.
There was a jacuzzi in the room and I filled it with water only to find it was not functional, I had a nice bath anyway
The shuttle arrived quickly and the ride to the hotel is very short. The breakfast is very good with ample choices. The dining room staff are always pleasant.
Have stayed at this hotel many times and it has not changed over the years. It needs a spruce up of paint. The bedding is old looking, the bed is hard and the pillow is almost nonexistent. There is always a stale smell in the building. Not sure I will stay there again.
ONLY the location THE WAIT STAFF WAS KIND
WHEN WE GOT THERE THE ROOM THEY PUT US IN HAD NO electricity and we had to change rooms the feel of the room was depressing the pillows were disgusting lumpy and too thick the bed was too soft not enough lighting: the lighting was awful:only two fluorescent lights on either side of the bed.. we had to move the only lamp from the desk to read in bed the window did not open and was covered with a white opaque substance so NO natural light at all entered the room the fan in the bathroom was too loud and could not be shut off with out shutting the light breakfast was included: and had a horrible menu one of the three most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in I definitely would NOT recommend this rat hole of a place GROSS GROSS GROSS
location bear airport, huge room with a comfortable bed and many amenities.
noisy, next to busy highway, the bath only had dirty water supply and the shower didn't have enough hot water.
willingness to help due a circunstance
the van transport for shutle service is in bad conditions
Shuttle service from airport bact to airport
No friendly staffs even
The bed was comfortable and it was close to the airport and metro. the bell hops were very helpful and courtious
the floor was dirty and the hallways smelled like mold and mildew. The staff concierge staff was rude and not helpful
I spent acomfortable night and the staff were most helpful
The key didn't work and the window was frosted over so I could'nt see out
Enormous room, free shuttle to airport every 15 mins, spa bath in my room!
