Rummet hade inga fönster och luften blev dålig väldigt snabbt. Eftersom jag bokade samma dag (fast 12h före) så hade personalen problem att hitta min reservering, vilket jag tyckte var dåligt. |

Staff were very helpful and courteous. The Manager was very accommodating and easy to speak with, she made you feel VIP. Excellent hotel, rooms are very nice and very clean. Our breakfast was included in our room and it was great! |

the bed was comfortable. The shower was pleasant. It was not as expensive as other hotels. The internet was included. The air conditioner was noisy. |

My room was comfortable and safe. The buffet breakfast was very good and the waiters were very helpful. The restaurant looks old-fashioned and depressing at night - not so bad at breakfast. The restaurant, dinner menu and wine list need updating. I have tasted better Aztec soup! |

Great breakfeast with a lot of choice. Room modern and new. They have a free bus which does hotel to airport, airport to hotel. The bus is on "puerta 4" at the airport. |

Excellent airport transfer, close to airport and good value for money, with clean room and efficient staff. No problems with this hotel, but it is non-smoking so you have to go to the terrace (no children allowed) or outside if you want to smoke. |

Friendly staff & excellent dining,both evening & breakfast...a really great breakfasy buffet.Helpful in arranging taxi for city travel. Not enough info in roon re phone & tv use...non actually.No ice machines. |

It is very convient to the airport with good transport service to & from the airport.. A lot of highway traffic noise very early in the morning . |

Friendly English speaking staff, comfortable clean room, v quiet considering at end of runway. Free shuttle to/from terminal every 30 mins (door 4, Terminal 1).Good breakfast. Shuttle not very frequent. You could get a taxi. |

It is a clean and friendly hotel. Most of the staff speaks English and they have a very elaborate breakfast included in the reasonable price. There is also a very nice gym. They also have a convenient shuttle service. |

the decor (lots of art on the walls), the staff- all very friendly and efficient, the breakfast buffet was also good.. the air in the room smelt of cigarettes. Stuffy and stale, but hard to do anything about except designate rooms for non-smokers? |

I liked that I could use the gym and the food in the restaurant was good in the evening and at breakfast it was unbelieveably filling. Great that the shuttle took me directly to & from the airport, too - I was a little worried about Mex DF on my own. |

The airport transfers were easy (they were expecting me) and a great help for a weary traveler. Clean and quiet and air conditioned. I did not receive the requested wake up call. My room had 2 double beds for one solo traveler. Might there have been a less expensive option? |
