It is a family hostel, the owner comunicate in English and is willing to help and give suggestions
close to the main sqaires makes it convenient
there was never hot water and the wifi only worked downstairs
It seems to be a family run hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Gave us directions to walk around town. Hot water worked fine. It is very close to the busy part of the town, thus very convenient but not too much street noise.
We had to pay more to get upgraded to a room upstairs. The downstairs room gets very loud noise from people in the lobby talking.
stuffs were so kind. location was not bad:-) city view was precious!!!
The staff is very good
Very friendly staff, cosy room, good position excellent price.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
It is pretty run down, and super noisy. Between the dogs outside and the Zumba class in the morning, we got very little rest. But the view was great and the owner was so kind.
It was close enough to the center. Family run place and all were very helpful and friendly. Nice view of the city ( if you stay upstairs). The room was very, very clean. Good value for the money.
Minor things that can be easily fixed. Pillows were hard; the bathroom door did not close from the inside. A bigger problem was the smell coming from the shower ( sewage). It was not daily but when it was there, it was awful. It might be a construction "problem" because we have had that in other hotels too.It would be nice to have a chair or a place where to put things in the bathroom and a place to hang two towels not only one so they dry. Beware other buildings, they are very close to the Posada. Noisy neighbors can be a nuisance if you can't go back to sleep easily. Earplugs are a must. However, the owners can't do much about that. Just FYI. All in all if those are fixed we will stay there again.
The rooftop view is nice -- but then this city offers spectacular views anywhere you go.
Bathroom smelling and water very slow.
Great view from the terraze. Friendly staff. Good wifi
We've been travelling for one year and this was the worst bed in the entire trip. You can feel the springs and the bed was curved so we end up next to each other. The bedroom was very small. The bathroom was clean, but really tiny.
Lovely and helpful staff, convenient location for everything, room clean and spacious with a great view of the city
Beds and pillows hard and uncomfortable
Lovely family owned and run place Great views or the town
VERY poor water pressure, showing was a chore
View from the roof of surrounding mountainsides was great. Proprietor is very friendly and helpful, arranged tour to dolores Hidalgo and san Miguel Allende for us.
Difficult reaching the hotel from the street, about 40 steps, but much of the town is built on sides of mountains, very hilly.
