The hotel was really clean and staff was very friendly! Liked the bathrooms and it had a mini fridge and nice TV. Value for the Money paid excellent!

They offer free shuttle to airport but they really do not have it. I paid $15 for a taxi. The room is very dark, there is not a night table light; imposible to read lying on bed you have to do it in the bathroom. Ofrecen viaje gratis al aeropuerto pero en realidad no lo dan. El cuarto muy obscuro y sin lampara para leer.

Bien ubicado y excelente por el precio. Las habitaciones están remodeladas y equipadas ... refri, microondas, secadora ... también cuenta con internet en todo el hotel. Por mi experiencia, se los recomiendo. La dirección del hotel esta equivocada el la recaer avión, la dirección correcta es ... Blvd. Agua Caliente No 11451 Col Hipodromo Tijuana BC México

Que la ubicación es buena. Está en la zona céntrica de Tijuana. Que nos podemos desplazar con facilidad a cualquier punto del estado. La comida del restaurante muy buena. En lo personal continuar con la remodelación de las demás suites. Y un mejor mantenimiento a los equipos de aire acondicionado.

Me a parecido formidable de manera general la atención y mi estancia en este lugar, excelente! Como recomendación el servicio que ofrecen de transporte al aeropuerto aunque lo brindan no esta disponible en cualquier horario. Sin embargo se cuenta con el servicio.

La ubicación, la tv Las habitaciones están muy viejas, no hay personal que te ayude con las maletas, parecen habitaciones de motel, el restaurante está muy descuidado, tanto que no se antoja ni comer ahí, los horarios del restaurante son muy cortos y la gente que trabaja ahí se la pasa platicando y tardan mucho en atenderte.
