Very nice. Staff tried to help anyway they could. Nice rooms that were fit into an existing very old building resulting in unique designs of rooms. No bar. And the internet was only available in the lobby because of the stone walls.

No hay mucho ruido y uno puede dormir en paz. El hotel esta ubicado en el lugar perfecto por que esta serca de la Cathedral y lugares commerciales. Tambien nos gusto que cuando preguntamos por un ventilador, nos deron uno sin problemas. La gente en el hotel fueron muy amables. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que el bano estaba en el primer piso. Para una persona que se llevanta durante la noche puede ser peligroso para baja las escaleras.

La struttura e' piacevole e si trova in centro Il bagno in camera non era intimo per le pareti aperte alle sommita' e il letto non era stato rifatto solo tirate su le lenzuola e il copriletto il lenzuolo di sotto lasciato com'era

Es un hotel limpio tal y como se anuncia. El cuarto que nos tocó tiene una pequeña cocineta. Vanessa, la recepcionista es amable y respondió a nuestras solicitudes. La ubicación es excelente. El hotel todavía tiene el olor de nuevo. A pesar de que obtuvimos un interesante descuento en booking no recomendaríamos este hotel. No nos molestó, y hasta nos pareció simpático, el hecho de tener que subir unas estrechas escaleras para subir a la cama (situada a media altura de unos cuartos estrechos pero muy altos) puesto que somos jóvenes. Lo que nos desesperó fue el ruido. Era demasiado y no podíamos hacer nada contra eso excepto ponernos tapones para los oidos.

Habitación excelente. Trato del personal inmejorable. Hotel sin pretensiones pero muy acogedor. Olvidamos ciertos efectos en el hotel y todo fueron facilidades para recuperarlos.

It is located in the centre Parking outside not possible, dark room, no café, restaurant, no kitchen utilities such as cups, coffee, tea setting possibilities in the room, no breakfast plates, knives, spoons etc....

Personnel are very nice and do their best to be helpful. Bed was comfortable. Pleasant atmosphere overall. The (2) street front rooms and baths are adequate, but small and a bit claustrophobic, and are not well suited to seniors because of stairs to and inside the units. The street noise in both is overwhelming both day and night, although there are quiet periods. A room in back looked like a better choice, but was unavailable. Unable to use the TV because no instructions were given. Must move car morning and night to park or pay a garage fee during the day, or leave car on the street, if you can find a place to park. We did with no problem. No breakfast.

Une cour intérieure privative dans la chambre Il n y pas de véritable parking privatif gratuit sauf la nuit. La voiture doit être récupérée avant9h00 du matin.

Me agrado que las instalaciones son modernas a pesar de estar dentro de un edificio historico . es un lugar muy comodo donde la limpieza es excelente esta cercas de la zona centro a dos cuadras de la plaza principal honestamente me gusto el lugar y cuantas veces vaya a morelia me hospedare en ese hotel Todo me agrado quede encantado con el servicio es de primera los muebles modernos y nuevos aun los baños super limpios

seguridad, amabilidad, ubicacion en tres días me encontré a 4 cucarachas enormes. No fumigan porque eso cuesta y la ocupacion en este hotel es baja. Olor a moho y viejo en todo el hotel. Falta ventilar regularmente. Todo eso le quito mucho merito al hotel que podría ser agradable
