I liked the location, beside the main square and central to everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. It was a very unique hotel. It was a little chilly in the room at night but to be expected with that type of hotel.

This hotel was very reasonable on the price and appears to be almost new, but with traditional style. My stay was without any complaint, the room was large, quiet and comfortable. Location right off the Plaza Chica.

Loved the colonial architecture and large nicely designed rooms. The bed was really comfortable and the staff so friendly. The location is ideal for seeing the centro historico and enjoying the old architecture, churches, bridges and markets. Also some nice restaurants very nearby. My last morning at the hotel there was no hot water for a shower which was so disappointing. The rooms are extremely cold during the winter months and a fireplace of heater is really needed. (or heat from below that warms the building) Parking is a bit far from the hotel, but we were glad to have a safe place to park. It would have been nice if it was nearer.

el silencio y la oscuridad de la habitación, lo accesible de los comercios y las iglesias, otros lugares turísticos muy cerca. el desayuno del segundo día, pedi molletes con queso y a mi me gustan tostados. Estaban aguados, con muchos frijoles y el queso no estaba gratinado.

La situation géographique, en plein coeur de Patzcuaro, l'atmosphère, les chambres sont grandes et calmes La chambre que nous avons eu n'avait pas de fenêtre hormis dans la salle de bains, les murs étaient d'une couleur très sombre et il n'y avait qu'une seule lampe blafarde au plafond !! Un rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

Que su servicio fue puntual, economico, y con gran atencion en todo momento. Que algunos usuarios, con niños los dejaban jugando hasta las 12pm en el patio principal, haciendo demasiado escandalo y no se les llamo la atencion por respeto de los demas turistas.

1.que fue construido o remodelado en el casco de una casa tradicional de la zona, los detalles sencillos y de buen gusto. 1. que esta en el centro de la cd 1. El baño (WC) estaba muy sucio cuando tomamos la habitación, nos tuvieron que cambiar 2. que no cuenta con estacionamiento, es incomodo ir a casi tres cuadras a dejar el coche.

En realidad mi calificación es para el hotel el refugio que es de la misma cadena de Refugio del Angel ya que en el Hotel que reserve, sobre reservaron mi habitación y me enviaron a el refugio, para compensarme me dieron una Suite Jr en el el refugio muy linda, cómoda, agradable un hambiente muyr tranquilo, el personal es increible y el Hotel está hermoso y El Refugio del Angel no lo conocí. Hace falta que dejen más papel en el baño y sobre todo cuando hay más de 2 personas en un cuarto, fué insuficiente y teníamos que ir a buscar a alguien para que nos pusiera más yen lugar de que nos dejaran más de un rollo te dejaban sólo 1, eso si es algo molesto.

su diseño, instalaciones y ubicacion, esta muy bien el estacionamiento haya estado a 3 cuadras en caso de tener que salir a una emergencia se complica en razon de que se tendria que ir por el y despues regresar, quizas si manejaran tambien el servicio de balet parking contribuiria a que el cliente quedara aun mas complacido.

El confort de las camas y de la ropa de cama. Muy limpias y suficientes en cantidad las toallas de baño. Su estacionamiento se encuentra a 4 calles de las instalaciones y a pesar de que me comentaron que no había servicio de valet parking, el personal del hotel se las arreglo para que yo dejara mi coche a la entrada del hotel y, finalmente ellos se hacian cargo de llevarlo y traerlo del estacionamiento.
