This hotel, located in downtown Tulum, is a few kilometers from the Caribbean Sea. It offers many amenities such as massages, an airport shuttle, and a currency exchange. Good location for Bus Station. Many bars and restaurants nearby, but just far enough away from the busy main road. Breakfast very simple - Tea, Toast and cake.

Staff were great. Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Well decorated. Easy walking distance to restaurants and tour companies. The price we paid was very good, but we were told that they were to go up substantially in the future. If it went too high, we might possibly look to a different hotel on our next trip. That would be a shame.

Staff really kind.room very clean .breckfast good. The hotel is about 10min working from the center. We went there walking. Beachs are about 5km from the hotel.

The staff and owner are wonderful, very helpful in all respects! Jose, their next door neighbor, drives a cab and since i did not rent a car, i needed his services daily. He is kind and respectful. For the purpose of this trip, which was to visit the ruins of Tulum, Coba, Xel-ha and Muyil, rather than exclusively visit the beaches, this hotel was the best! I would certainly stay there again!

situation géographique (mieux que sur le front de mer, loin de tout (sauf de la mer)) centre de Tulum accueil excellent et très fiable (gérant sympathique et très efficace, de bon conseil) grande superficie de l'hébergement (avec petite cuisine) bon petit déjeuner (de 8 à 10 - 7 si vous le demandez) proche de tout à pieds et avec un véhicule (vélo ou voiture) pour les plages et excursions je suggère un petit agrandissement avec piscine. avec piscine (même si la mer est proche), nous mettions "excellent" à tout !!! UN EXCELLENT RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX

Cortesia e pulizia di assoluto livello, molto comoda la cucina in camera; hotel tranquillo e confortevole, disponibile e pronti ad ogni richiesta sia lo staff che i titolari. assolutamente consigliato. Nulla eccetto la posizione che non è un problema se si ha a disposizione un' automobile comunque taxi e collectivos sono a bassissimo costo.

Situé dans une rue parallèle à l'artère principale de Tulum, l'hôtel est calme et proche du "centre-ville" avec ses restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Chambre agréable et confortable. Le propriétaire est prêt à vous donner les bons conseils pour vos visites aux alentours et le miel et la confiture du petit déjeuner sont divins.

Personnel aimable et répondant à nos attentes: on a eu quelques soucis de confort (draps sales changés de suite et toilettes bouchées). Ils ont été résolus desuite. La clim est très appréciable. Pas de volets juste des rideaux.

El trato de su personal es muy calido, es muy economico y tiene internet, aire acondicionado, esta limpio y te incluye desayuno sencillo.Los taxis cobran muy poco entre 20 pesos y 50 pesos que es lo mas lejos que fuimos

La atención del personal, ubicación e instalaciones cómodas y acordes para un fin de semana. El único detalle a mejorar seria que el frigobar se descongelo solo. Habrá que repararlo. En genera muy buena experiencia y por supuesto que regresaría.

Un vrai petit dejeuner avec toast, confiture, beurre, rare au mexique ! Une chambre spacieuse avec frigo et cuisine pour la premiere nuit. Le jeune homme tres sympa qui nous renseigne à l'accueil. Possibilité de garer la voiture devant l'hotel Deuxieme chambre un peu sale, des moutons de poussieres de partout et des cheveux noirs aussi surtout dans la salle de bain, evacuation des eaux usagées dans la douche pratiquement 3 heures donc vive le bain de pied dans le bac a douche douteux avec des cheveux qui netaient pas les mien... Sinon la chambre d'avant beaucoup mieux. Et attention au moment de payer, je devais payé en dollar sur booking et la transformation en pesos sur place n'etait pas du tout avantageuse, ducoup j'ai du raler aupres de la proprio pour qu'elle applique un taux de change raisonnable. J'avais aussi possibilité de payer en dollars, j'en avais, mais ils prennent un taux pour les faire changer aussi ducoup le prix est quasi de 10 dollars de plus pour la nuit, en ralant un peu, on m'a fait payer le prix sans taux de change ;)

La amabilidad de su dueña y el personal en general. La ubicacion, en el centro de Tulum. Solo un gesto me parecio inapropiado: cuando pagamos por la habitacion nos tomaron el dolar a 13 pesos mexicanos, cuando en verdad esta a 12. 30, por lo tanto nos salio mas caro de lo acordado.
