This 19th-century French-style mansion is located in Mérida’s old town, in the traditional district of Santiago. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, TV and private bathroom. The hotel’s Versalles Restaruant serves traditional Yucatán food as well as international dishes. Belvedere Bar offers live music and cocktails until 1 am. Hotel Residencial has a terrace with a small outdoor pool. There is also a roof terrace with fantastic views of the city. The hotel is 800 metres from Mérida Zoo and 1 km from the cathedral. Decent hotel for a decent price. Rather central location. I didn't like to find someone else's socks in the wardrobe after 5 days of stay. And it's never quiet due to endless groups of tourists who came for a 1-night stand and children who squeal like pigs in the (very small) pool. And a VERY loud ancient air conditioner (even if you don't turn yours on you can perfectly hear your neighbours').

We really enjoyed our stay. Although near the center of town, it was VERY quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only drawback is that the pool is very small for the size of the hotel.

Pretty building, nice personnel, 20-minute walk from the centre, just following 59th street. Clean. Breakfast (not included) is quite good and not expensive. The photos are prettier than reality, the room (we stayed in twin) is tiny and so is the swimming pool, air conditioner was designed during the stone age. In Europe it would be firm 3*, not 4*.

Su localización El trato del personal de la tarde malo, no atiende las peticiónes que le hicimos, como la de enviar una toalla al cuarto. Así mismo, tuvimos q dormir una noche sin clima el cual fue reparado hasta dos días después, el segundo día hacia demasiado ruido.

Ancienne hacienda avec beaucoup de charme, la piscine est appréciée, bien que proche de la mer, magnifique prestations Nous avons du changer des euros en pesos et l'hotel a pratiqué un change extremement bas par rapport au marché, soit environ un tiers de ce que nous aurions du percevoir leur a profité ! Donc change à eviter !
