The breakfast buffett is expensive
Location and convenience of shuttle to airport. The wait staff at their restaurant was helpful and efficient. We were pleased with the overall service of the staff we met.
The food that we ordered was lacking in flavor although the portions were very large.
e needed an affordable hotel with great service and a Jacuzzi and sauna. With Riazor We found it all. The rooms are great, the speak English well and have a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport every hour on the hour so like 5 AM, 6 AM, 7AM etc. When you check in they ask you right away if you need a shuttle and what time. WiFi is free and ok. Check out the well known booking sites if they have a special deal for the hotel. As a subscriber to booking.com We found a secret deal.
shuttle, big room, staff, good for 1 night next to the airport
They have smokers room, i arrived late and the hotel was full so i got a smokers room. It was not smelling a lot but I could feel. Shuttle in the morning goes every one hour to the airport 05:00 or 06:00 or 07:00 ...
Nice breakfast. Friendly staff that know English.
The location seems to be pretty dangerous at night. We wanted to go out to eat something and were told by the staff not to do so....
Spa, big rooms
Staff, once checked out no possibilities to use the spa, dusty rooms, no English only Spanish re. Staff, neighbourhoud is nothing to see
Proximity to the Airport and the shuttle service was quick and efficient. Friendly staff. Good service.
Found a blood stain on the pillow case.
The hotel is new and clean. My room was large and I loved the fact that the bathroom was separated from the powder room. The bed was firm and comfortable. The quality of the food at the restaurant and the room service were both excellent and I didn't have to go out to eat. I truly enjoyed my stay here!
If you're arriving at the terminal 2 like I did, it's better just take a cab to the hotel instead of waiting for the shuttle unless you're fluent in Spanish. Most of the receptionists do not speak good English and I had hard time getting the shuttle picked me up. I ended up waiting for 90 minutes at 10:30 p.m. Not an ideal situation for solo traveller.
The rooms are really nice and the hotel is really close from palacio de Los deportes
Rooms are very nice, WIFI very fast and stable, Restaurant is ok, breakfast very good. Pool very nice on the Roof with a view. Hotel shuttle from Airport in 10 min, you Need to go to Exit door 4 in airport
Great service, very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great. Facilities are fantastic!
Internet was really slow.
The pool, the spa, the lovely coffee shop and restaurant. The wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with tiled bath. This hotel has it all, including proximity to airport and city via Metro two blocks away.
Nice hotel, very close to the airport If you need overnight sleep and you have flight at the next day this is a good choice The hotel provid shattel from and to the ariport The breakfast is very good
If you want to stay at Mexcico and travel the location is not recomandad Its seem not safe to walk around at night
Indoors pool with really warm water. Shuttle to airport each hour with no extra cost. Really clean and comfortable rooms
I was looking for a one-night-stay close to the airport and found this to be (one of) the best value-for-money hotels. For approx. 80,- Euro I had WIFI and a (good) breakfast included. Also the employees knew "how-to-do" and a shuttle brought me to the airport in approx. 10 to 15 minutes.
Modern, comfortable hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good free bus shuttle service to airport. Pricing very good compared to "in airport" hotels
No negative comments
The fact that the bill was printed on paper which had been used on the other side the fact that having left a cash deposit for incidentals, and having requested a room service I was notified by the waiter that after a number of phone calls the deposit was insufficient for about 1.50 dollars
i liked the area
stingy about supplies, towels and so forth
Great location, great restaurant in hotel so I didn't have to go out for dinner and breakfast, rooms were very nice and the gym was excellent! The staff was great and waiters in restaurant helped me to learn some Spanish while there.
Nothing I didn't like.
No curtains. Spotlights shining in room all night.
Todo, servicio excelente.
Beds were comfortable. Linen good. Dining facilities reasonably priced and of good quality. Efficient shuttle. Good option near airport being secure in an unsafe area.
No fridge. Shower not particularly user friendly and hairdryer outside shower area with no wall to isolate noise from bedroom.
stayed there before, no problems in the past...nice shuttle from airport, porters drivers were good...went out of there way to help
2 receptionists were terrible, construction going on the whole time, had to listen to a saw for 5 hours, (construction still happening late at night), finally at 8pm I called the front desk asked to be moved, not available, then I had to fight with them to get my money returned, went across the street to the Holiday Inn, superior property....hopefully they will get it together; I will give them one more chance..
