near down town
The hotel is a very basic hotel, the wifi signal is very poor and the AC sounds like an old engine. Near by there is a disco, so it's very loud in the night. Our room has a balcony but in the balcony there were another AC which were loud as hell. It's cheap but is a hotel for get to sleep, not to stay. There is no comodities, there's no fridge in the room. At least they change the towels.
The location is perfect,is two blocks away from the ADO bus terminal, in which you can go to Xcaret,Cenotes or playa del carmen and the airport. There's a lot of commerce near by so you can find drugs store, a supermarket, a handcraft market, restaurants, etc. The staff is very kind.
Hotel has very good location if you need bus station close. It's not far away from Zona Hotelara and beaches, but you need a bus to get to the beach. There are nice restaurants and a bar nearby, much cheaper than in hotel zone. The Wi-Fi was very good. The room was clean and staff was pleasant and helpful.
Been question for my room number ! Would prefer a wrist ban or other visible identification
The location was excellent , you can not get closer to bus station and strip for the price. Basic however clean with large rooms good wife , if you can request a room with a balcony. Will return on my next trip to Mexico
All night loud music to the front of the hotel. Definately needed the ear plugs here. Probably okay to the rear.
Good location. Big clean room, with sink, worktop, balcony and ensuite. Safe Box. Good air con.
This part of Cancun is not the place to be for holidays. Boring and far (a bus ride) from beach. If we went back to Cancun we'd pay more and stay in a beach location. We also visited Playa del Carmen which was MUCH nicer.
Clean, and cleaned daily.
Nothing. I arrived hot flustered and cranky and the staff were so welcoming and warm.
I was impressed with this hotel, so much so that I stayed about three nights instead of one. The staff were really helpful, amazingly clean and the AC was quick (although noisy). I don't think you can sleep with it on. I also got a balcony, which I didn't expect, but I did go in the low season. Water is included, which saves you some pesos. Also the ADO station which is connected to all big towns in mexico is a short walk away. You will also pass a quesidilla shop on the way from the bus station to the hotel- be sure to visit it, it was amazing! The popular square with amazing street food is just behind the hotel.
I needed remote controler for the AC. I couldn't control the temperature and power on the bed.
The location is not really close to the ADO terminal. It's 10 min distance from it. As the path was under construction, it was a bit hard to carry a big luggage. The furniture is a bit old.But the room is clean and comfortable. I could sleep well.
-A/C only at 21° -Worse than would seem from the photos -Not good value for money
Shower not hot
Location near ADO
They always tried to sell us tours Far away from the party area Not as nice as the pictures suggest
O.k room size wifi fully functioning
Wifi wasn't terrific but apart from that it was good for the price.
Nice big room. Very affordable.
Shower was old, but it's like that everywhere in mexico
It was very ok for price we paid
The rooms smell of paint, the hostel is very old and not clean. Dont reccomend to you. Last
Check other agency tour prices before booking with the hotel.
Very good location near all major bus routes. Not a resort hotel but good if your just passing through.
overall it is good for me
the room is clean and comfortable. The bus going to the beach is very close to the hotel. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is also close to Parque de Las Palapas selling lots of food and snacks at night!!
sparse room and dark
the location on uxmal ave. close to restaurants and bus station. big room size and friendly staff. the bus r1 to the beaches and hotel zone stops outside. good air con and nice patio on 1st floor
Excelent location, good price for room, big beds, nice terrace on 2nd floor. All buses around easy to get anywhere.
No window in the room, also no air...Fan was very loud and air cond didn`t really work good. There was about +30 in the room with no airflow, impossible to sleep in such heat...
Location is good, quite close to everything in downtown
the Noise and Vibrations from the Club next door (5 days a week)
Near Central Busstation Near the Bus to the beach.
Furniture and facilities are pretty old. Some of staff didn't speak English which caused some difficulties in our troubled situation. Also, they didn't tell us to take bathing suit to Chichen Itza tour which includes visiting an underground pond.
Location is great for exploring Centro. A/C was working well. Price is the most pleasant part of staying.
Not a very clean hotel in the downtown of Cancun where there is nothing to do at all. Good value for money- that is all. Friendly staff and a travel agency inside the hotel is handy.
Price is too expensive.
Stuff is friendly
For one night ok but quite shabby and not well maintained.
Simple rooms but clean and for fair price. Near ADO bus station and markets.
