The restaurant The reception was poorly taken care of. I had to wait about 20min because a family produced a disorganised check-out and no back-up personal was available.

I have stayed in this Hotel, 5 times now, and it is excellent. They treat you like one of the family. The only thing that is a little troublesome, is that the wireless signal is weak at times.

location, service, people is helpfull hotel dont have any deal with any tourist attraction like six flags, park chapultepek, xochimilco. some people will like to get some special discount. even if money savings doenst make any sence

La ubicación, ya que pasan buses, taxis fácil y rápidamente. Además, el trato fue excelente, también me gustó el centro de negocios, donde se pueden hacer transacciones bancarias, etc. Que la refrigeradora de la habitación estaba con llave, por lo que era necesario llamar a recepción cada vez que se deseaba algo de comer de la refrigeradora.

Falta de comunicación entre el servicio de valet parking y hotel. Si un auto debe permanecer por una o mas noches, cobran por hora!! Tuve que hablar con la directoras de operaciones para solucionar el problema. La gente de recepción debería ser más resolutiva.

Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Grote ruimten. De hoofdschakelaar van de electriciteit op de kamer was defect en werd zeer snel hersteld. Het warme water uit de kraan was lauw. De wifi viel regelmatig uit. Niettegenstaande het hier toch een luxehotel betreft, was de kennis van het Engels bij het personeel buiten de receptie M.I. te beperkt wat wel gecompenseerd werd door de zeer grote vriendelijkheid en hulpbereidheid.
